The staff can provide simple meal preparation, or assist with grocery shopping. The staff can engage in activities with a client, such as reading or working a jigsaw puzzle. There is compassionate care for short-term needs, or long-term needs.

I cannot express how much this company has changed my life. Almost 3 years working for this company and I have the best boss ever and more importantly the best clients also. Cassie Stone is always cheerful, on top of it , caring and compassionate to not only us staff but the Clients as well. I’ve never worked for a Company that cares about their staff like this company. You’re treated as a person not a number. I highly recommend this company to work for and if needing a Caregiver please contact us.

I had the pleasure of working with Cassy from the Sacramento office of HomeCare professionals for elderly live-in and daytime care services, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and dedication to her clients.From the moment I met Cassy and the team, I could tell that she had a genuine passion for helping the elderly and providing them with the best possible care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, and she went above and beyond to ensure that my loved one received the personalized care and attention they deserved.Cassy's communication skills were top-notch, as she kept me informed every step of the way and always made herself available to answer any questions I had. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the best practices for care and was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that my loved one was comfortable and well taken care of at the late stages of his life.The entire staff had a warm and compassionate demeanor that immediately put my loved one at ease. They were patient, kind, and understanding, and they truly treated my grandfather as if he was their own family member.Overall, I cannot recommend Cassy and the Sacramento office enough for anyone in need of elderly live-in and daytime care services. Cassy's dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart, and I am so grateful to have had her assistance during a challenging time. Cassie stone has been the shining light to are family. Her rapid response, to make sure we always had a caregiver at the house, she came out to check in and hangout with our dad, Cassy and Justin made our dads last days amazing, we can’t thank her enough for all the loving and caring energy she had during our families hardship

Cynthia Newton is amazing. She came in and was able to assist our family by assuring we would get the care we needed. Her personalized touch and empathy made us all feel at easy and that we had someone else in our corner. The caregivers whom come have been wonderful and have taken the time to get know not only their "patient" but the family too which we all believe is helpful in the care. I cannot express my gratitude enough for this company. Cynthia Newton, director of client services was a godsend. She came out the day after we brought my father home from the hospital to assess our needs and got us overnight help the same day. She also helped us discharge him from Vitas Hospice (horrendous, do not use them) and get him admitted to Bristol Hospice (amazing people). She also helped us get all the necessary paperwork completed to access his long term care benefits and get power of attorney. She also helped us move my dad around and get him comfortable. When the new hospice delivered the equipment she helped move everything and move him to the new bed. The overnight caregivers were equally as amazing. Very friendly and kind people. I am so thankful we had their help for my dad's last days.
