I would like to take the time to acknowledge the Manager I believe she said her name was Misty if I recall correctly when I had spoken to her. I myself do not have a storage at this facility but I have a buddy who does have a unit at this facility who I help often with things like lifting and organizing his unit for him as he is elder and fighting cancer. I have to say that the facility is not somewhere I would have chosen to store my personal belongings due to the rough crowd who primarily occupy most of the facility. The disrespect that people who rent there show daily by littering, hanging out inside their units smoking drugs with no regard for anyone whom might see them participate in their feloneous activities. I myself, take offense to it. The Manager is very much on top of her job as she is constantly having to say something to these people as she often does her checks of all the facility ground as she is cleaning up the mess that people leave in and outside the units. Also, she always remains perfessional in her dealings with the customers. I want say that I think she needs help big time and that another manger should be hired to assist her as the facility is too much for one person to run by themselves. I want to thank Misty for her hard work and dedication to the company she works for and the courtesy and professionalism that she brings when she is at work. Thanks again Misty.

The definition of "DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF". I booked online easily, no secret costs just the small ONE TIME admin fee. It still doesn't break your pocket book. I got help finding my unit when I arrived but if you're smarter than me you can find your unit and move in without having to talk to anyone. The rep cleaned it out when I moved in even though it was already clean, just got a few straggling cobwebs, it was so kind of them. It's and old building but it's to store things not live in and overall clean. I absolutely love how you can us any lock--ANY KIND OF LOCK is acceptable. They also don't time your in and outs so you have PLENTY of time to organize or clean your unit. They are friendly, convenient, and ABSOLUTELY AFFORDABLE. The access hours are extremely convenient for me as I travel for work teaching yoga so I can leave mats and towels and a change of clothes then drop it off on my way home. Thanks so much for providing this storage facility.

Poor security, my provided gate code never seems to work and constantly needs to be changed to a different one. Multiple brake in on different units. I can’t wait to move out. I have a police report pending right now because my valuables were stolen and then someone was living in my unit (left a bag of human fences in my unit). What a nightmare!
