I strongly recommend going here for the staff we're simply DELIGHTFUL and gave me a great 411 on my hair as well as what I should be using to treat it and reduce my frizz if ever takes place! LIZ was really helpful with all things Hair related and even gave me a HUGE amount of info with what type of hair I should add into my head, she gave me a quick filler on different oils and mousse to apply onto myself for a possible routine and she was over-all a BIG help!! SHAY was really putting in her people skills in when I came to the counter, I was super anxious! (This was my first time getting an actual style and I didn't want to blow my first impression with the wrong stuff) SHAY gave AMAZING energy in which it helped me cool down a bit to make more rational decisions, she pointed me in the right direction when I was going to over buy the wrong pack of hair and she gathered all the info on my project and helped me with things such as hair protection and accessories which I use for my NEW hair style!! I just wanted to thank them so much because I wouldn't have had the courage to get any of these items without them! Also going to send a warm thank you to Ms.Mun, she helped get those two to where they are and overall the store has GREAT PRICES, LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as GREAT PATIENCE for my projects and I will definitely be coming here more often whenever I need hair-related assistance :)-VJ

A truly amazing shop with everything hair-related you could ever need! Hair is not my territory, so it was really overwhelming to see the number of options that were available, but the two girls I met—Liz and Shay—were extremely helpful in making it a lot less disorienting. I wasn't trying to change up my own hair; it was my boyfriend who was getting braids, but I really appreciated how much they helped him find the right products and also how inviting they were. They were both kind, knowledgeable, and funny girls. Me and my boyfriend left the shop feeling a lot more educated on hair but also very welcome. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone needing anything hair!

Very unprofessional. The couple girls that were working were not knowledgeable about wigs. And some of what they did tell me was flat out wrong. Such as there being no sizes when it comes to wigs, and no such thing as a density % The only knowledge they had knowledge of was that there job is to sell wigs. You can't try any of the wigs on. They'll sell you the last wig in stock which is off the manikin head that's on display but they offer no discount. When I first walked in the gal who I initially spoke with was on the phone with a customer who wasn't very pleased. I could hear her and apparently they put the wrong wigs in the bag & overcharged her. The employees response was simply that some synthetic wigs were mixed in with real hair wigs . She pointed out the sections to me. It wasn't until I asked her specifically if a wig was real human hair or synthetic that she told me she'd have to check that some had been mixed up. The place was dingy & dark & both of the employees I spoke to told me they spent to much time with me. The first & last time I'll go into any business is when an employee tells me they've spent to much time with me!

Been coming off and on since 2016. Obvi I come a lot more now and the staff are always helpful. I got a few complaints this evening, so thought I'd leave this. The older couple that owns this place are very helpful and pleasant as well. See you soon ????

Clean store, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful customer service. Kings Wigs in Rancho Cordova is always stocked and introduces new products. I enjoy shopping here. Although I do believe that the morning clientele and staff are more pleasurable to encounter than those of the afternoon and evening.

Boss is very discriminatory against pregnant woman I will be placing a complaint to the better business bureaus with a recorded message I have from owner saying he doesn't want to hire me because I was open and honest about me being 4 weeks pregnant they played a game decided to give me interview knowing they weren't going to hire me anyways wasted my time .

I visited Kings yesterday looking for a couple new hair styles. I found what i was looking for - for the most part but needed to match up a color for my bang. After finding that i realized i had 2 packs of different length hair. I went to retrieve the same length but over heard them "closing " 45 minutes before the website said they would. I asked if i had time- they replied i did. I kept looking as i hear them say - turn off the air. I start looking while sweating now. They then turn off the lights at 5:30. I gave up and went to buy my 2 different lengths bundles and other items. As I'm being checked out they ask if i found what i was looking for , i replied with my problem and they didn't acknowledge me and continued to check me out. At the end my bag beeps 3 times and the cashier proceed to package everything quickly and let me leave the store. I got home with a security tag on my hair as if i was a thief. This was a disappointment since i drove over 25 minutes to come to this particular store and was rushed out as if my business wasn't as valuable as them leaving 30-15 minutes early . I left at 5:37. Website said they closed at 6.
