“I've had a great experience with Shoua and the entire team at State Farm, including John, Madilyn, Crystal, Kellie, and Venesia.
They've been great to work with for both my homeowner's and auto insurance. One thing I really appreciate is how easy they are to get ahold of. If I call they answer right away with no hold times, or if I text they get back to me quickly. They have apps and online tools if you want to use them, but they don't force you to. If I'd rather talk to a real person, that's never a problem.
I recently had someone hit my truck, and the claim process was about as easy as it could have been. I took it to the body shop for an estimate, let State Farm know, and that was pretty much it. I didn't have to deal with the other insurance company or jump through a bunch of hoops.
Their rates have also been very competitive for me, and it's nice knowing I can get a hold of someone when I need help instead of sitting on hold or waiting days for a response.
Overall, it's been a great experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Shoua and her team to anyone looking for insurance.”

“We are in the unfortunate position of filing a long-term health insurance claim with State Farm for my Mom's recent diagnosis. State Farm's system for these claims is that a sort of 'National Office' handles the claim filling but it's assisted by the local Agent and/or their staff. My review here is for that local Brent Peterson (local agent) and his team (Milea). Milea has been OUTSTANDING in her communication, assistance, and keeping my family updated. I can't stress enough how helpful Milea has been during a difficult and stressful time. I love that at least the local State Farm offices still offer human connections such as this.”
