I visited there and found the grounds and staff very friendly and helpful, the people who live there are also very nice and stick to themselves, the issue I saw is the cockroaches. The units are very nice, but some homeless vets dont know how to control bugs, or keep their homes in a manner that is not hoarding. Managers need to schedule regular meetings of how to get rid of these cockroaches. Many are afraid to call management due to having pets and worrying about their safety with the chemicals used. It is cockroach haven

This Housing Complex is very nice...It's a 3 Story Bldg, with Elevator's ? & if ya don't know anyone that actually Lives, there- Good Luck on getting past the Huge Gated, Locked Security Doors. I was there last week helping a friend move in & I saw alot of kids outside playing and running around, unfortunately there is no type of Playground/Kids Area☹️.

Beautifully landscaped, nice size apartments, serving veterans, they're basically brand new. I have a friend who lives here, it's quiet, no riff raff, perfect for our veterans! They're very large one bedrooms, just beautiful.

I spent 13 months in hospital in 2018 / 2019. This following a cabbage open heart surgery and a quad bypass. Soon after learning that it didn't take. My diagnosis and I was told I'd be lucky to see 60 Days. 9 was sent to hospital hospice unit. Then when I was healed up pretty well, they ordered ECG I think. Anyway results were double heart failure and only 20 percent so I'm on list for heart transplant. I needed housing and 24hr caretaker. So John porter put a rush on my acceptance. .I will finish letter another post
