I have been coming to neighborhood garage for over 12 years now and couldn’t think of any other mechanic that I would take my cars to. They have worked on my Toyota, my Chevy avalanche and my wife’s Chevy sonic and have always done an outstanding job with great customer service. It’s very hard to find a reliable and honest mechanic nowadays but if you’re looking for one, Jesse is your man him and his team will take care of your needs and do so at an affordable price. The ladies upfront are also always very polite and professional when checking in or out as long as I live in Sacramento I don’t plan on taking my vehicles anywhere else if you’re having car troubles, neighborhood, garage is the place to take it.

We recently took two of our vehicles to this shop, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience! My husband’s Nissan had a dealership quote for over $2,000 — and that didn’t even include diagnosing the check engine light. Based on all the great Google and neighborhood app reviews, we decided to bring it here instead. Jesse was amazing — honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. He got the car repaired for under $500!
We also brought in our older Dodge truck for air conditioning and a check engine light issue related to the thermostat. Once again, Jesse handled everything quickly and professionally. Fair pricing, great communication, and truly trustworthy service. It’s hard to find honest mechanics these days, but Jesse and his team have earned our trust and future business

They are good for basic maintenance and repairs but if you bring them anything outside that they dragged their feet and don’t want to fix the vehicle. I have a fleet of vehicles and they do the bare minimum to get the vehicle out of the shop. Today I asked for a vehicleto be looked at that was leaking and they said they could do it and then it would take about an hour. After an hour and a half I called them and they said they had not even looked at it and we’re too busy to confirm whether or not they could look at it today for an estimate. I’ll take all my vehicles elsewhere

Neighborhood Garage Inc was amazing! The front office was fantastic booking me appointment to get my Rotors and Brakes done on my duramax truck. Jesse has always been very professional and a knowledgeable mechanic in auto industry. His team was absolutely awesome to work with. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

It honestly shocks me that this auto repair is not 5/5. As a full-time college student who relies on long commutes this place has come in clutch whenever my car experienced problems. They are insanely fast with repairs even though they have high business, incredibly affordable, and i have a feeling they take of other issues that they uncover just because. If auto repair had a tip system I’d give them a fat tip.

Neighborhood Garage has been mine and my families go-to place for many years. I have never felt cheated or scammed. My only complaint is that so many people have discovered them, they are busier than they used to be and sometimes it takes a few days to get an appointment. Bravo to them for being so awesome and cherished in the community.
