I appreciated the store getting me in on short notice, even though I had to wait a couple of hours for an appointment I had scheduled. However, I was not satisfied with my experience when I got home and was able to look at the invoice attached to my receipt. Evidently, it is standard practice to add an "extended warranty" without discussing it with the customer. It is taking quite a bit of time and energy on my part to get this refunded, as I had no desire to purchase an extended warranty- buyers beware and ask to see the invoice prior to giving them your credit card or cash.

Tim was very friendly and made sure I knew exactly what was going on with my car since I'll admit, I'm clueless. He gave me all the paperwork and details I need for my next appointment for additional work that needs to be done. I appreciated a mechanic who doesn't mansplane to a woman but rather gives me reassurance on my cars needs and what I need to do to keep it running smoothly.

Pep Boys in Rancho Cordova was professional, friendly, prompt in updating me on progress and my vehicle was serviced promptly even though I was a walk-in. Highly recommended!!

What an efficient team! I had an appointment for an oil change and my car was riding loud. Immediately Charlie noticed my tires were worn bad, something I hadn't thought of, I knew I needed a front end alignment so I got that done and my bumper had a bad ding and the holders were off so it was hanging. 3hours later everything was done and I was on my way! They even used my air filter I had already purchased before! I didn't get the " you are stupid lady I don't want to talk to you" attitude either. I will definitely be back for any car care in the future.

Needed a battery replaced on a Saturday afternoon. Called the store, they answered right away, I was provided a competitive quote. They told me they could change the battery quickly. Neighbor jumped my car, I drove there and they were true to their word, within 20 minutes I was off with a new battery. No frills, but highly competent. Would highly recommend.
