Just moved into a unit here and I am very pleased thus far... super nice staff, very reasonable prices... the place is clean, which is a must... the area is super quiet, too, which is one of the perks here. Staff is helpful and friendly while not being nosey at all... also I love the Public Storage app here because you can open the gate with the tap of a finger... I will definitely recommend!

DO NOT rent a space here , save your time and money. The “ manager “ that claims she is in charge of this building is VERY disrespectful and unprofessional . I think a 12-15 year old works there because that’s the mouth of a child. What i don’t appreciate is providing incorrect information . Lack of empathy, lack of common sense. I will be reporting this location so they can hopefully hire more decency people . If I have to sue I will because you will not sell my belongings without proper communication. I’ve contacted them for weeks and because you dealing with a break in at your facility my belongings are being sold? If corporate sees this and not the bird on the phone please give me a call i would love for you to hear the recorded call (:

the door latch on the storage unit was difficult to use but Maria at the front desk was ABOVE & BEYOND exceptional in her service. I like that the front gate has bluetooth capabilities and that you can open the gate from the Public Storage app on your smartphone.

Had a really horrible experience by one of the on site employees Mia. She was very rude, confrontational, and unprofessional. Refused to give corporate number or her name, and ended up calling the police when I said I was not leaving without corporates number. Guest service is a must and being cussed out over a minor disagreement is unacceptable. Still have not received a call back from corporate. If I could give less than one star I would.
