RTC has always been there for me especially when my life has taken a turn or two that didn't allow for expenses to purchase items needed for my home and family. RTC I really do appreciate the company and employees that are always helpful.

I bought a bedroom set out of the store. Amy the salesperson even put my name on. IN my contract Amy said my paid for furniture would be delivered in 5 days which is too long. Today I called she told me it won't be delivered until January 27!!!! So I'm paying for products I don't have. Very cunning. Told her if my furniture is not delivered by this Friday I'm going to get my money back and report them to the "BBB! PROMISE. WATCH OUT DEALING WITH SMILEY FACED AMY.

0 STARS They NEVER answer!! i ordered couches on Monday put a down payment on them and everything they told me I could come pick them up then they call me Thursday saying my "refrences were faulty". I call my refrences and they never received a call from them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ‼

Absolutely horrible customer service EXCEPT for Dale he should be the manager. I ordered a couch, had some minor issues with delivery but whatever got past it. They need to not call first thing in the morning ON THE DAY MY BILL is due. However, when trying to purchase my dryer has been an absolute nightmare. They never contacted me after I made the online order, I always had to contact them, they would schedule a delivery and I wouldn't be notified until the day of and I couldn't leave work. Then would have to put me on a reschedule list and never got a email or text nothing. Called to cancel my order and they never did so I went to pick it up. As I entered the store Jacob the store manager walked pasted me asked how can he help I told him and he said oh Dale can help you. Well Dale was on a 10min plus phone call with a customer. Whatever I waited, then came time to load the dryer Jacob stood there and WATCH Dale (an older man mind you) and my husband lift the dryer in the back of the truck as he talked to a female co-worker. Instead of helping us because Dale was with another customer or helping his co-worker load the dryer talking to his female coworker was more important. Then I get home which is less then 2min away from store to have a DAMAGED dryer!!! I called immediately speaking to Dale sent pictures to their email as directed and haven't gotten a call since. So how this store is even got positive stars is beyond me. And the people who have had good service you are extremely lucky.

I paid 500+ into a bedframe with drawers never received it was blamed for taking it threatened to be sued and never got a refund for it after they said it was on back order many excuses and the district manager wouldn't approve the refund. Very dissatisfied with there service if I knew more about sueing them I would do it they practically robbed me for my money.

Jacob and Ryan are absolutely amazing! I bought a couch from Rent A Center last year because I needed it the next day. I paid cash. The same couch can be found at Ashley furniture for $1600. I paid about three or $400 less and it was brand new. I love the customer service. I love my couch.

I have yet to get the damaged item replaced and I have been paying on items that are incomplete since day one was given the wrong mattress. Previous store manager took it upon himself to deliver one that he had and had been paying for the incorrect mattress and incomplete bedroom since September keep getting the run around and the new store manager spoke to me as I was stupid in her condescending tone. I requested for her to have the district manager call me and I have yet to hear from anyone going on second week that I did not get a call back. Completely dissatisfied with the store management. Delivery guys were great.
