**Review for Sacramento Auto Dismantling**
I had an absolutely terrible experience with Sacramento Auto Dismantling. I purchased a part that was promised to be in good-quality condition, but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. They charged me for the part **two days before even showing it to me**, and when I arrived to pick it up, the part was in awful condition—broken corners and covered in scratches.
When I refused to take the part in that condition, they tried to charge me a **25% restocking fee**, which is ridiculous considering the part was not as described. Their service was beyond unprofessional. Every time I called, they put me on hold for over 15 minutes, only to hang up on me. Frustrated, I decided to go in person, and to my shock, the employees were sitting on their personal phones while keeping me waiting.
This business is highly unprofessional, their customer service is atrocious, and they sell defective parts labeled as “quality.” My advice? **DO NOT pay online or over the phone without seeing the parts in person.** They will take your money and provide you with subpar products. Avoid this place at all costs!

Do not EVER buy from here! Sold us a transmission that didn’t work then we took them the car and they told us to add more oil. They then told us they’d send us another transmission since they don’t do cash back and that we wouldn’t have to bring the car back since we had to pull it back that way. Now they are saying they will not replace the part. Pathetic people to buy from!!!

Completely smoked, bought a transmission and they took it outside the gate, I complained that it does not fit, I tell them to return it, but they say that we do not tear it out. In short, they withdrew 25% of the money and returned it. Under no circumstances will you buy from these breeders!

I’m not the one to leave bad reviews but 135 for a strut on a 2008 junk rouge is outlandish. Lol I can buy a brand new one for half of the price smh.

Unprofessional on phone. I told her make and model of my vehicle she is still asking me the size for the rims and tires after looking in their system. If you don’t know the size then why you are answering customer calls. She told me find the size first and call me back this was her answer

THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS! STAY AWAY! JERRY IS VERY SHADY. I needed a transmission and he quoted me at one price and when he ran my card it was a different amount. Then he didn't deliver the part. I requested a refund and I am here waiting for the refund. Definitely taking legal action especially because he harassed me when I called and say F* you to me. Lu is the other shady one that works for him. All liars and scammers. Save yourself from a headache and don't ever buy anything from them.

The court has ordered SAD to pay us for the faulty engine we paid for. Almost two years later we're still fighting this. Stay away.
