Terrible. Run away. Pay more for Pods or just light your stuff on fire instead. Customer service only responds to new sales. No service after the boxes are booked. Unresponsive call and live chat lines. Be prepared to waste hours trying to get delivery scheduled.

Ordered a box and specifically told them to leave it in the driveway. The neighbor told them to put in the street to not my my driveway. The driver listened to the neighbor. I had to call back have the driver return and place it where I originally asked to place it. The driver came back and placed it where I asked. I get a call saying I was going to be charger a 100 dollar trip charge. For something I had nothing to do with. Customer service then said it stuck with the bill and have to charge the neighbor the 100 dollars. Are you serious????? Horrible service, ridiculous!

We tried to have a pod shipped from Seattle to Sacramento this month. A week after it was supposed to show up, still no sign of the pod. After multiple calls and several hours on hold, we still have not been able to speak with a customer service representative. Did this place go out of business WHILE our goods are in transit?!? The phone systems says that Smartbox is no longer accepting new sales orders, even though the website is still functioning. I'm amazed there are positive reviews here Smartbox seems to not be a legitimate business. Stay away!

We tried to have a pod shipped from Seattle to Sacramento this month. A week after the pod was supposed to be delivered, still no sign of the pod. We have spent numerous hours on hold and not been able to reach a customer service person. It seems this place went out of business or is not legitimate. Beware! Total disaster

Other than some initial confusion when the boxes would arrive for packing, the process went smoothly. The various contractors didn't sync their dates, but the people were polite and helpful. Everything went better than was expected.
