Target is definitely customer oriented...for both purchases and returns

Store is clean and stocked - for the most part. I enjoy the curbside pickup - however - they have charged me several times for bags that I do not get. When I call customer service, they will not credit my account. As big of a company as Target is, you would think that they wouldn't try hiding charges with bag fees. Very disappointing.

Updated interior with in-store music. Recommend going earlier in the day.

Out of what I was looking for, banker's boxes, a poor selection of books and DVD's, better than Walmart, but that's not saying much

My review is for targets delivering service!!! They are terrible I have ordered for delivery 8 times and every single time without fail they never deliver my items the day they say they will never !!! I only order only when the item I want is not available in stores if not I would definitely go in ... im disappointed I will no longer shop online with them

Long lines too slow

I am now officially over shopping here. There has been far far faaaar too many times I've come in after work (8am opening time; I work overnight and like to shop on my way home) where I have shopped for upwards of 100 dollars in groceries only for there to be ABSOLUTELY ZERO lanes open to check me out.On multiple occasions I have asked the woman at the self check-out aisles to assist me - and my over a dozen individual grocery items - and been told "only self check out".Today I didn't even bother arguing with her. I walked up to where the check out lanes were, with a cart that had close to 100 dollars in groceries, saw that there was zero lanes open - as per usual - and decided "F this I'm not dealing with this b.s. again".I left the cart and walked out. I'm not here to pay you to do your job for you. That is absolutely insane. We were sold self-check out as a convenience in the case where you have a few items and want to avoid waiting in line in the regular check out lanes. There is nothing convenient - at all - about going to check out with over a dozen grocery items totaling upwards of 100 dollars and being told that you will not be checked out.Sure I could probably throw a fit or ask for a manager to get someone to DO THEIR JOB but there is no way I'm doing that AGAIN (yes: this is the current solution up to this point). This is insane. This isn't a one off thing. I've been told by your employee - and it's a person who works there regularly - that I will not be checked out and that I have to use self check out.Are you going to pay me? Seriously.... even if I had a 50 cent pack of candy you need to have at least 1 lane open - during your normal business hours - to check me out. I'll wait.I shouldn't have to ask for someone to check me out - only to be told that it's self check out only ....AT TARGET .... - and then have to throw a fit to get the basic bare minimum service from any functionally competent store. Then again, there is no way in hell I am going back to your store until this is sorted out and this doesn't happen again. This is absurd.

Need to ask a simple question, called at least 25 times, and tried each department that they have on the list, still, no one answers the phone.

Went to this target with my two sisters . That’s beside the point. I went to the men’s section and there was this guy and that’s normal you know it’s the men’s section but then when he thinks i’m not looking he looks in my cart that i was away from because i was looking at the clothes since i was christmas shopping. We leave the men’s section and the first thing mysister says to me is “you see that guy?” and I was like yeah and she goes I don’t know but he’s being weird which I had already noticed. We go to the women’s section and he’s standing in the middle of the isle and then I stare at him and he starts walking to the workout section for girls which is across from us and he just stands there looking at the leggings not touching or anything. We walk away and finally go pay and he’s standing there near self checkout (which we are in ) with nothing in his hands which is another weird thing. I come to the conclusion he’s a secret shopper but it’s still weird and I was extra cautious because my younger sibling was with me. My complaint here is I told a worker. I didn’t get her name but she has dark brown hair and it straight and she was wearing glasses. I said to her “There’s this man following us i’m not sure if he’s a secret shopper or what he is but he’s making us uncomfortable.” She had a smile on her face almost the whole time and in my head i’m thinking “I don’t know what’s so funny” because I was being so serious. She asks for his description and I gave it to her and she says she’s going to talk to whoever and she goes and comes back and nothing happens. My whole point here is that I felt she didn’t take it serious what so ever. I didn’t expect her to stop the whole store or whatever but it was the fact she was smiling the whole time I was telling her this. This goes for everyone, please just pay attention to your surroundings.

Emilia is AMAZING!!! It's her first day today and she already was so comfortable and confident in helping me and keeping a positive environment! Stores need more staff like her!!! Thank you Emilia and happy holidays!

Target is tucked into the shopping center a bit, but the entry and exit from Olson Dr is marked with the big sign. This Target has a Starbucks built in, and a CVS pharmacy as well. Staff have been nice every time I've been there, and the lines for checkout and pharmacy have never been that long. Good Target location for anyone who prefers to shop at Target.

Not the biggest and best Target, but useful in a pinch since the log all inventory on the app by aisle number and in-house kiosks. Easy to find things without asking the underpaid staff.

Wanted to get a mortar and pestle for the kitchen. The department was clearly labeled and easy to find. However, while the items they had were decent quality there was a lot of empty shelf space and they did not have what I was looking for in-store.
