My experiences here have been good. I have used them for Amazon returns, my own UPS shipments, and a whole lot of USPS package drop offs. I'm incredibly grateful for the latter - that I do not have to drive to the post office to drop off a prepaid package. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.
