“Sharon went above and beyond when we rented our 20 foot truck. She gave me exceptional customer service and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Definitely 5 stars ⭐”
“Those bad reviews are from past managers. This store is now run by friendly professional staff that have been so very helpful. The truck I rented was clean and well maintained. They have a mechanics shop on site and care about safety and reliability. Shadi helped me out with everything and is such a kind soul. Thank you again for helping me with my move :)
affordable, reliable and good people running the shop.”
“I was in need of a car rental on a super short timeline, and this location saved me! Jade was working that day, and let me tell you her customer service was beyond exceptional. I was stressed because of my short timeline, and she assured me that she would get me setup with everything I needed. Jade explained the whole rental process to me and answered every question that I had. You really don't see the high level of customer service she provided anymore. Pickup and drop off of my vehicle was super easy. I will be using this location for all my rental needs moving forward.”
