The staff and doctors here have been very helpful, I feel heard when I go in for an issue. They also have radiology and phlebotomist available when X-rays or bloodwork is needed.

Front desk are very rude. This morning I was first at one of the counters and the girl who checked me told everything is set and I can go straight to the lab. I have been waiting and the people came after me are being called for the tests. When raised this with the lab technician, she said she can not see me the computer and will check with the front desk. Looks like front desk person who checked me in made a mistake and did she did not checked me in the first instance. When we questioned, she keeps arguing that we came late and there are 5 persons ahead of us. And the manager came in and looks like she is more interested in defending their staff. All they have to do is acknowledge that there has been a mistake and correct it. Instead they started giving lame excuses like some times, patients who are in urgent need of testing would be called first. People who came after me clearly expressed that they are wondering they were called before me. There is magnanimity in accepting mistakes. Instead, the so called manager was pointing that my husband is raising his voice. If not for the doctor, I will definitely switchover to some other health facility.

I saw them leave an elderly man outside in his wheel chair in the heat while he was waiting on his transportation. I watched him from outside my window to make sure he was okay. It was about 15 min of him out there ALONE IN THE HEAT. What if he rolled away? Heat stroke? dehydration?

I was just told by RC staff that all UC DAVIS doctors are at patient capacity and unless you are related to a UC DAVIS employee you can't enroll in their health system until January 2024. They didn't seem to be aware of or understand Fall Open Enrollment which takes effect in January of the next year.

Honestly some terrible customer service. When asked for clarification on paperwork, front desk rep repeated her sentence and then said "I have told you twice now have a good day" and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional, I am a patient and just needed to make sure I understood.

Don't bother making an appointment for a Covid or flu shot at this location and probably not at any other location tied to this medical group. Their appointment system is a joke. I waited for an hour after my schedule appointment time without being seen and finally just gave up and left. Don't waste your time!

Admin staff and assistants can not think out the box. they do give doctors messaged and demand majw virtual visit when you have recurring medical issue when another uc davis department says just call your doctor for referal. the general staff needs re-training and they need fire office manager.

terriable, experience! started with postponing my appointment twice. first doctor was late and pushed me off for my physical till late november for which I find terriable asked to have my physical with another doctor ans they said no and you have to have it with your own primary care doctor. level of care is terriable with uc davis in last two-years.

Horrible experience! started with postponing my appointment 3 times and changing the doctor 2 times! Got tricked into doing the exactly same tests twice just to charge more and make extra money (they changed the title from preventive care to diagnostic care without me knowing).Furthermore, the notes that doctor took from the visit couldn't be more wrong, it felt like he wrote things the opposite of what I described! (you can see the detailed notes if you have the app). and I wonder, if the doctor was intentionally doing that to make things look worse? so they can charge for diagnostic care? or is he mentally challenged (which he is not, because he is a doctor)By the way, I did not take the second round of the tests and appealed the charges and had a long conversation with the billing office and my insurance. They started a review and still charged me the extra money! Unbelievable !!!!!FXXXing Unbelievable !!!

Absolutely pathetic place, poor service and very careless! My PCP Dr. Torres absolutely didn't care about me. I sent her a very simple and basic request regarding preventive care tests that she mentioned herself during my first and only physical exam with her. She ignored my request and never even acknowledged it. Also when I tried to make an appointment with her through patient portal it was like 2.5 months out. As if I am a new patient, but I was not! After being so much disappointed I also called receptionist and asked if I could start going to a different doctor. The answer was that they can only allow that if my current doctor agrees. She also promised someone would call me regarding this matter. Nobody ever called me. As I am writing this review I already have a new doctor from a different provider. There is no way that I will ever come back to any UC Davis clinic. Folks, if you are considering UC Davis for your primary care stop and think twice. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place!

This facility has the rudest staff. Had an error in scheduling and wanted to speak with the business manager. After some back and forth, they hung up on me. Way to go UC Davis, you screwed up my appointment times and wanted to disregard my complaint. That's health care at its finest.

I have been to this place couple of time. The doctor is amazing but the staff starting from reception to medical assistants are not professional. Twice, my doctor said she will put referral to a specialist and the staff never sent the referral out. I had to call them and followed up and the staff said they sent it. I had to call the specialist to see if they received the referral and they said the have not received anything from UC Davis. It's really not convenient to how they treat their patients. I am looking for another medical Center who cares about their patients.
