I have been coming to this Ulta for a few years. They have Always been helpful. Never had anyone be rude or disrespectful. Clean place and yes there are thieves that spoil it for all of us so I would be careful not to seem to be hiding any of the items as they are small.For everyone that steals they always have to compensate by raising their prices. All stores do this. Hello is keep their prices low.Inflation is already such a problem.Blessings to you.

They are skwsus out of stock of the items I want from iT Cosmetics, Bare Minerals , Cover Girl and Tigi. Stopped going there and buy from Amazon or Macy's.

They were having a sale and I squeaked in at the last minute. The products I wanted were all in stock! What a miracle at Christmas time. Checkout was pleasant and quick.

I’m writing a review on behalf of my mom. My mom purchased a too faced eyeliner in store, when she got home she noticed it was empty. She called the store and was told they would take her info down and she could come back to pick up her eyeliner. She comes in store, where she is told by some employees that she needed to bring the box with her, she insisted she wasn’t told to bring the box and she was told they had no notes about her interaction on the phone. She requested to speak with the manager whom didn’t ever speak to her, instead he sent another Spanish associate to. tell her it was store policy and they would not give her the eyeliner. This manager, Ryke did not speak with my mom because she spoke Spanish and because he didn’t deem the issue important enough to even let her know he would bring a Spanish associate to speak w her. My mom leaves upset, she is then called by first manager she spoke with on the phone, whom apologized and said she could come in for her eyeliner and they’d have a gift for her for her inconvenience. They literally gave her a benefit eyepatch. These are literally samples; not worth the headache nor the inconvenience of driving back and forth nor the racist experience. The manager and the girls here were extremely unprofessional and this has been escalated with ulta headquarters and I hope that people who’s English is not their first language never experience something like this.

I don't know the name of the person who was at the register, but I do know the she acted like doing her job was taking every bit of energy from her. My fault that I didn't scratch the back of the gift card to reveal the pin. When I asked if she had something we could use she said no in a way that made me feel like she had better things to be doing. I took my gift card back and left..

The girl's loved it, and since they spent a lot of time shopping, and it was 100+ outside, I appreciate they let me chill on a chair inside while the girls did their business.

This review is for a haircut with Thomas. DO NOT BOOK AN APPT WITH HIM! I was super excited to get a haircut since I hadn't had one in a long while. But he killed my whole vibe. The whole experience was terrible from start to finish. His customer service sucked. His tone with me felt like I was a bother. No greeting me when he saw me, no smile, just straight to "what are we doing" and while I was trying to show him a photo of what I wanted, he told me he couldn't see, no big deal, I tried to describe it to him, I had really long hair so he asked me how short I'd like to go, when I showed him and asked if it was okay for me to tell him later if I wanted to go shorter, he said "well I'm not about to be done with the whole cut and you tell me you want to go shorter" I then told him that I wouldn't do that - then I asked him straight "are you okay? Did something happen, are you in a bad mood?" He said well you're looking up at me and I said yes I am because you have me seated and you're standing up and I'm looking at you because we are talking to each other. He then changed his tone for a second while we walked back to wash my hair - everything was fine there. After we came back, not a word until he was almost done with cutting my hair. Normally people make small talk to try to gain a new customer - then I guess he suddenly maybe he realized that he hasn't said anything, we got to talking about my job, he asked me what I did and I told him I teach how to sell car insurance, he said "ohh sales" I said "yes" and I did not appreciate his comment afterwards, he literally said "so are you the person that tries to sell more than what people need for insurance" - I was offended but I asked him "why would he think that?" To which he replied "to make money" when I explained that's not how it works with me, whether we sell $5000 policy or $50 policy I make the same because it's per policy not the dollar amount. That was rude as hell. Like you're calling me a sleazy salesman?! After that he blow dried my hair and asked me what I thought- I asked "so this it?" He said what more do you want, I then replied I wanted it to look like the photo - he said "you have to go curl it" so I said "I just thought since you're the master stylist that you would style it" he then said "oh I'm not done yet" he got to curling, but honestly it didn't come out nothing like how I wanted it- at the end he shrugged his shoulders and said "I can't make it look like the picture, just comb it back" I grabbed my ticket and walked to the front, the cashier asked if I'd like to tip him to which I replied "hell no" she asked me if I wanted to talk to the manager to get a discount, I didn't even know they did that since it was my first time there, but I said yes, and the manager was real nice. I told her I wasn't happy with the way my hair looked and I didn't like his customer service either. She was able to get me 20% off and while I was paying, he had the nerve to come up front and say "what goes around comes around" he was talking to another girl working there. I can tell that was meant for me, but I didn't say anything to him. I'm not the one to create a scene. But I do advice y'all.... DO NOT GO TO HIM! Master stylist my a*** I told the manager I love ulta but I would never ever go to that man again. And I'm going to tell everyone I know not to go to to him either. I don't know what the hell his problem was!! I should've left as soon as I saw he didn't greet me, but I really needed the cut so I stayed. I thought it would get better, but it didn't. I left very disappointed.

Customer service at the Rancho Cordova store was terrible I was in line ready to pay for my items and the cashier took the customer behind me. She totally ignored me . I really don’t see what the point of having a line if they just pick and choose who they want to attend first.
