If driving a 53ft trailer, it'll be difficult making a u turn in order to back into the docks, better park on street and check in and observe the space inside.

Jeeps and kayaks on window but they only do commercial vehicles. Makes no sense.

Outstanding customer service! I came in needing help for a specific job that this company does not normally take on. John Garcia not only took the time to explain what I'd need to do in order to complete my project, he went out of his way to get it done for me. This type of customer service is just not seen often anymore. Truly exceptional, highly recommend this business!

Urgent Upfits did an outstanding job upgrading our 2017 Ram ProMaster Cargo Van to a mobile calibration lab. They sourced just about all the materials. They ran 110 V 12/2 romex, installed several outlets, LED lighting, 30A breaker panel, roof mount AC/heater unit, wall and ceiling panels, partition, and overhead cabinets. All the work performed was seamless and all wiring well tucked away and out of sight. We plan on buying another van and have an identical layout performed by Urgent Upfits as well. The cost was very reasonable and their work is warranted. I highly recommend them for any custom or routine modifications.

Horrible! I still can't believe how I was handled. I called to get a few quotes on some shelving packages. I specifically asked if these were in stock and available for pickup since I'd be driving 1.5 hours plus to pick up. I was assured that they were. Once there I settled on a package plus a few accessories. I was told they need an hour plus to pull the order.. so lunch time. Less than 10 minutes from driving away to grab lunch I received a call. About half of the package was not in stock and wouldn't be for some odd days. I was shocked! I didn't know what to say.. I asked so what can we do? The reply was simple, "nothing, you'll have to come back." I though Excuse me? I was assured that they were in stock, took a day off from work, wasted my time and resources to come here for nothing! Pure negligence as far as I'm concerned. No follow up, compensation, not even a were terribly sorry.. I understand that they moved recently but still no excuse! I will not do business or refer anyone to upfit fleets here!
