Ever since Steve retired before COVID this branch has been getting worse and worse… the only saving grace is Casey. If she leaves I’m closing my remaining accounts.

I highly recommend this branch for anyone who needs banking services. During my visits, Muhammad was always very friendly and provided excellent assistance. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. I am always satisfied with the service I receive at this branch.

I was in this Branch today May 9. 2023 and had a terrible experience with your teller. I came in with two checks to be deposit. You know she took 30 minutes to deposit my check in my account. She did not even have the respect to come back to the ada window and say I be right back with you. She came back only to ask me what account I want it in and I told her. What account when she took my deposit. I mention to her what happen and she mention she had to call to verify check. I had enough money in the bank to cover that check. I been banking with you for years. Maybe before she was born. I really think she was treating me that way because I am black.. people need to stop judging people because they are black. This bank is the most rules people everytime I come in. I am not a bag lady. I am a respect full woman and live in Rancho Cordova in a very nice home. Okay. Your people need to treat everyone with kindness I don't want anyone handling my money that can't respect me.

Honestly, I have been pleased with my service here over the years. I have had a number of accounts for various reasons.The employees are generally helpful and pleasant. My transactions have been smooth and timely. I appreciate the kind service! ?

Do not come here if you have an urgent time-sensitive request. And do not come to this branch in general. Staff is uncompromising and they do not accommodate their customers. I came in on 2/26/22 around 11:15 am requesting to initiate a wire transfer in order for me to close on a recent house purchase in time. While I understand these requests should be made in advance and done by appointment I had little notice and needed it done asap. The lady looked around after I asked about the transfer and said we are short staffed sorry we can't do it. I could tell she most likely could have it but maybe she didn't know how and didn't want to bother her co-worker. Considering I wouldn't have closed on time without the wire being done that day I had to call around and eventually found a branch willing to do it same day without an appointment. They were just as busy as the initial branch I went to where they declined to assist with the transfer and it took no more than 5-7 minutes to do it at the branch who helped me with the transfer. Never coming here again, don't waste your time.

I rarely go in and now I will never go to this branch again! Possibly thinking about closing my account and taking my services elsewhere because my experience was so messed up! Went in to turn in my change ($350+) that I had rolled myself and I have done this before with no issue at another bank. Well not here the teller (Shaelee) or whatever her name was, was so incredibly rude to me, I was so upset! She proceeded to insinuate that all my rolls were short and instead of doing her job and counting it if she thought it was short like her superior told her to she had me count it! I was so embarrassed and felt like she was being rude to me and punishing me because she didn't want to do her job as a bank teller and count the money herself! All the rolls were the correct amount of course because I counted every roll twice which I told her! And when I said that I think it's rude of her to insinuate a customer is being dishonest and having me recount my roll of dimes in front of her was completely inappropriate and rude she tried to throw in my face that she didn't even have to help me because my ID was invalid when she already said it was fine because I was just depositing change. I will never go here again! Thanks Shaelee for ruining my day! Completely inappropriate for a teller to treat a customer this way! I would give 0 stars if I could! Do yourself a favor a take your banking services elsewhere, where the employees don't treat you like your second class!

On Thursday I stopped by their ATM to deposit a check, it's a great location and I love banking with this company! They allow you to choose your design for your cards with some fun designs and I haven't had any issues! I would recommend this location and I'm sure it's just as great inside!

Rude staff, disrespectful behavior. I came at 12:25pm on Saturday Oct 2 and got refused to open a student account for my daughter. Cashier told me they will close at 1pm and it will take longer than 30 minutes to do this. She said I also should have an appointment for that. This is not true. I visited the same office other day and specially checked when I can come and what documents I need to have with me. Then another clerk joined and said there are only two of them are working in the office. But there were only two other customers in the building. These guys are lazy and disrespectful, I went to another bank.
