Waited almost an hour in line to receive a package. Online stated it had been delivered. Look out my door and it wasn't there. I went back on the app and it stated I had to go to this location to pick it up. To my surprise they had 2 people working and about 30 people in line. I was patient and waited the full hour; when I got to the window the gentleman took my tracking number and didn't come back for almost 10 to 15 mins.

Building is in a derelict state, no seating available and always incredibly long lines. No wheelchair accessible counters, no seating for those with medical issues standing for long periods of time. Slow service, slower response to issues. Feels like this place is one furlough away from collapse.Sometimes homeless will sleep inside where PO boxes are located, bare minimum security outside of front desk. Staff are often friendly but clearly overworked.This place needs serious restructuring and rebuilding to support all tax paying customers.

Excellent LOBBY hours- open on Sunday to drop off parcels! Lobby is open 6am-9pm, 7 days a week including holidays.On the occasion I’ve used the retail office, I’ve always had good service and good selection of cards and goodies.Support the USPS!

I was expecting a package from our retiring accountant containing checks and a credit card. However, it vanished from the tracking system during delivery, making it the second instance of missing mail. To prevent this, we added signature and tracking requirements. Supervisor John D. conducted a search but couldn't locate it initially. He eventually confirmed it as lost or stolen and advised filing a claim online.This experience with USPS raises significant concerns about mail security and service reliability. While it's unclear where the issue lies, it highlights the need for USPS to address potential internal problems for the safe and prompt delivery of essential items.

Their phone services absolutely sucks! Spent 30 min trying to get the damn prompt to connect me to an agent. You have to yell into your phone for the stupid AI computer to understand you and even then it still makes mistakes. For a government computer system it’s lacking technology and is extremely frustrating! You need to make it easier to get ahold of an agent and make your AI a lot better! Glad there was a 15 min wait to talk to someone or they probably would have gotten the brunt of my frustration!

Online tracking says Delivery attempted failed yesterday & holding my item at local USPS for pick up. I showed up today, the lady said it is on vehicle for re-delivery. Well its 10pm now and nothing! 1 star is for the nice but not competent at the post office.

I’ve been calling for over an hr, finally someone picked up and immediately hung up, which ended the call rather than forwarding to voicemail. Lazy government employees absorbing their benefits without fulfilling their duties. Will be filing a report with USPS customer support line.

I paid for my shipping and now I received message that I need to pick up my parcel at the post office. Trying to schedule delivery however no one picking up phone calls .

The only people that are nice in this post office are those purchasing services. They need to clean this place up and provide basis supplies for mailing.

Mail carrier has not delivered any mail to anyone on Ketcham Dr for last 10 days. Today is Wednesday 21 December 2022. No mail since 11 Dec 2022. Carriers walk through park delivering everywhere else, except our street. Why is this happening? None of us asked for our mail to be held. This is a horrible service failure!!

Gensis is so incredibly rude! She literally came to me with a hella rude attitude and said "i don't have time to look for your package!" I said that's not am acceptable response. It's Christmas presents and those are needed and I basically I got told that wasn't her problem. Yesterday my package was marked as held for pick up. While I'm arguing with this person my ring camera picks up the mailman delivering the package...... luckily I got it but this post office is the absolute worse!
