Beware of the scams at this store .. there are multiple. Not sure if all sales reps there are dishonest or just some but I was lied to on multiple levels. There is an activation fee with the store and an additional Verizon activation fee of $35 per device .. was told there are no other fees with Verizon. Luckily Verizon credited me for 2 out of 4 fees. If you purchase screen / glass protectors there you'll pay way more and make sure you do not let them install them. I was charged and given the boxes for them and they were "installed" in the back of the store out of customer view. My iPhone 15 pro max was scratched day 1 after placing it in my purse. I finally went to replace the glass Protector and there isn't one!! The scratch is in front of my camera lens .. $100 Deductible to have new screen put on! I was also charged for free devices and had to call for months to get the promotions added and credits adjusted and it's almost fixed now .. with the help of Verizon who credited me when the store did not! I am still being charged for a free watch when I had to pay mine off to move to att .. when I opted for the free watch but I am being charged for it! After trading in a nearly new Apple Watch that I had to pay off. ONLY go to corporate owned Verizon locations .. this is a 3rd party site. Shameful!

Carlos and Tina spent almost 4 hours diligently trying to resolve an issue with metro trying everything to make the transfer fail. Carlos and Tina are a perfect example of how customer service should be done. Bravo!

Don't fall for the take this internet home to try and if you do not like it you can return within 30 days no charge. I was going to transfer over from xfinity to Verizon, however wanted to check out the speed of the home internet. I cancelled after a week as the internet was slow with only one TV and a tablet hooked to it. This was the best service that Verizon said was comparable to 1000gb plan Xfinity has. What pissed me off is the guy in store lied to get the box out the door and I still recieved a bill. Thankfully I did not transfer my phones and internet. When I finally got a hold of someone over the phone I couldn't even understand what they were saying. Good strategy Verizon. Never will we ever use this service. Don't bother responding with one line responses for PR. Verizon employees are doing what they can to scam people to get a couple dollars.

I would like to say I came here agian 11/13/2023 and Ashley did an amazing job again. She is very awesome she has been there for a while and I love working with her when its with my account. I hope the next time around she is still there and I will def wait for her if she has a customer just to get her amazing service.

Long story shortTrying to get the refund for the service that was supposed to be free if I called to Verizon over the phone.But, since I did not have a phone to call from , I went to the store and was charged 40 dollars for 5 minutes.Was told it was for set up and data transfer.Data was not transfered since the phone would not turn on.But, I was still charged.Had to go to the repair shop to get the data transfered andpaid again.
