Terrible company. Customer service phone line forces you to talk to its BS AI, and then when you try to reach a real person says there is high call volume and hangs up on you. Email customer service copy pastes the same response telling you to call. What special form of hell is this?

not good insurance, asking me to pay $1000 out of pocket when i can get the same contacts for $50 on 1800contacts

VSP seems like a scam and I can't wait to stop paying them for nothing. Unfortunately, I am only able to change my insurance policies with my job once a year. I regret being tricked into this. They provide almost nothing and it is much cheaper to just buy your glasses out of pocket.
