They don’t help the costumer the guy with the short hieght with glasses on his face he yelled at me and i was doing instacart he said I’m not a customer he can’t help me to finding the things that i was not able to find i was there from last 30 minutes and nobody helped me there and i had to refund the item to the customer and cancel the items bad experience prefer not to ho there

Good luck filling your prescription here, or even talking to a pharmacist on the phone. They never answer. Not sure where to lay the blame here, but someone needs to restructure their entire operation.

This pharmacy is by far the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! Not only is my cancer medications NOT ready each month (I have to called them a day in advance EACH MONTH to make sure it's ready for pick up), but they also question and request that the prescribing physician CALLS THEM regarding each medication (that you have been taking for years), even though they have already received the approved Rx from the physician. When the doctor leaves this pharmacy a voicemail requesting for the medication to be released, the pharmacist declines it, stating the doctors request was "not specific enough." In addition, the wait in the drive-thru lane and/or inside the store is more than 30 minutes, while there's 3-4 people "working" on the other side. I don't believe they care how they affect real people's health on a daily basis. I highly suggest another pharmacy. You will regret this location!

These people are not reading these reviews. Customer service is not factored in it seems. I changed my prescriptions to Costco months ago but Walgreens has the COVID vaccine I want. My medical group offers something different. Appointment was 33 min ago and I'm still sitting here waiting and it's not that busy inside. They are in their own world.

So this review is specifically for Jeremy Who works in the pharmacy. A lady's car died and was stuck in the drive-thru. Jeremy came out to push her car through the drive through so the rest of us could come through the farm as he can get what we needed. He was so sweet and very kind. And then he very efficiently and very quickly got the medication that I needed to pick up. So, Even though now and then there are issues with Walgreens... Employee's like Jeremy, Balance it out

Abysmal customer service. My prescription is delayed and out of stock every single month. It should not be this stressful to pick up my medication. If you live in the area do yourself a favor and make the drive somewhere else because you'll be waiting in line here 30 minutes anyways

Man for being a pharmacy centered store the pharmacist's here are wildly incompetent, be told your stuff is ready, wait 45min while 2 people take your info only to do nothing with it, finally get help, and find out they don't have everything, come back next day and still only get half of your stuff while you again wait another hour. Done, all my stuff gets sent to Costco now, they seem to still understand customer service.

Worst pharmacy EVER!!! I have been going here for around 12 years and have watched the decline happen. This week alone I waited in line about two hours, and still do not have my prescriptions. I also called and waited on hold for a good 20 minutes was told all my prescriptions are ready and now I am here once again 30 minutes in the drive-through line and my prescription still or not felt I refused to leave the drive-through line without them. There's nobody behind me at the moment. All the cars left adhering 20 mins of waiting. It's really sad.

This is literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They give you inconsistent or completely false information about pretty much everything, the wait is always horrendous, they are constantly out of medications but don't tell you until you drive all the way out and wait in line. Avoid at all costs.

This pharmacy used to be very good. After COVID it seems to have fallen off a cliff. It clearly doesn’t have enough staff, the pharmacists are great but clearly always behind due to the number of people out this direction, and the staff in the front never seem to know what they're doing. We're transferring our prescriptions to a different pharmacy. I would avoid them at all costs if I was you, at this point it’s been over a year now of it being like this.

Thanks a lot Walgreens for advising on your app that the NEW 2023 COVID vaccine is available at your pharmacies. Allowing me to schedule an appointment, so I drive out of my way to a pharmacy that has available appointments only to be told you won't be getting the new vaccine till later in the month. Just great!!

Although I have been going here for 5+ years, I wish I had established myself at a better pharmacy. I just want to post facts instead of my opinion however, so it’s up to others to decide what they think. I have been in line for 10 mins, two out of three of my prescriptions have not been run through insurance even though they were ready. Three people have called on the phone and were immediately put on hold, there are two assistants and one pharmacist, it’s not busy but I the pharmacy assistant is having trouble knowing how to run the prescriptions through insurance and now one of the assistants went on break. The phone continues to ring, there are people waiting at the drive through and people have still not been helped, 3 people waiting inside. Unfortunately this is an everyday thing. Been inside for 25 minutes now. They definitely need more people or to train their employees (there’s my two cents).
