Wells has a policy of not letting you deposit third party checks, but cannot explain why. I had double the amount in my checking account. I made a special trip to make the deposit and was denied with no reason for this policy. We offered to open a new account for the person who the check was written to and she said there wasn’t anyone there to open an account😖 Not very good customer service.

Amazing customer service by Jonathon, He was very nice and very patient answering my 1000 questions :D …. He was very professional, had a smile on his face always …. I appreciate his full attention, politeness and time … A ++++ service .. I was worried coming to this branch after reading some of the reviews.

Today I visited the wonderful Wells Fargo bank. I'm just shocked. Today I opened a debit card. I was served by Shaqeh Simonyan. Just a golden man. I have no words. very competent professional employee. I demand a promotion and bonus as the best employee of the year. The banking system of America rests on such people. Thanks :-)

People that work there aren’t helpful at all. Funny as they couldn’t transfer money from my paycard to my bank account and forced me to use atm and pay fees. I went to another branch and didn’t have that issue!

Excellen Bank with excellent service. I've got a customer for over 30 years. I can always get in and out quickly. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. My experience at Wells Fargo was much better than my experience at Bank of America.

The worst manager ever I see in my life so far away is the lady that Her name is Paulina. She was very rude and pushing me to make appointment which I do understand that I can walk in as well. she was really rude and not patient. I wasn't finished my talk and then she turned her head to another way to talk to somebody else. WTF. She looks ugly and unprofessional and her face look horrible with her dirty make up. The reason I went to this location because it's close to my house. Otherwise I will never come here again.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff! I've been banking at this Wells Fargo location for many years and have always felt welcome.
