“I was having a very hard time finding a plane white T-shirt, and a black one. I notice all the fast food shops in Rancho Cordova closed down and I happened across calling and queen store, thank goodness. I told him I was in desperate need of these shirts and just so happen to have them in the back in both my sizes and both my colors. This man was a saving grace for me and I would recommend is shop to anybody. The shirts are all kept in the back, so you do need to ask him for them but he did an amazing job!”
“Last year, I purchased a pair of work boots that I only wore during the rainy season. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that the soles on both boots had cracked and split in half. I didn’t notice the damage until this year.
I visited the store last night to buy a new pair, and after explaining my situation, the manager offered to looked up my original purchase see if i am still eligible for warranty. Even though it had been a little over a year, he still honored the warranty and gave me full credit toward a new pair—one he personally recommended as a better option.
Huge kudos to the team for going above and beyond. Not only did they save a customer, but they also earned a lifelong one.”
“While the clothes here are named brand and top of the line the amount of clothing they have is dismal. I've seen better product at other DD's than this one. But, I do like the atmosphere and clerks are very helpful and know their product and business”
“Ghazala auntie saved us from a jam. We couldn’t find high quality South Asian clothes anywhere but she has a stock pile. In her store there are amazing brands and gets authentic Pakistani and Indian clothing. Also, her customer service is amazing. Make sure you call before hand to get the rundown!”
“Well I just moved to Rancho not long ago, and I found a Ross nearby my home. They have lots of unique clothes, and the materials are so different from the other branches. I found a lot of good clothes that fit me and I’m really happy with that.”
