I've been to a lot of 99 ranch markets & this one isn't the newest or best looking one I've been to however the sushi rolls I get are amazing. I love coming here when visiting grandparents to stop by and getting sushi to go. There is a station towards the back where they make sushi fresh everyday. Lots of different kinds of rolls spicy mayo salmon crunch rolls etc. The prices are unbeatable & tastes really good as a sushi lover. PRO TIP: come later at night and the prices of the rolls/sushi are discounted!! I originally came here to search for sriracha and stumbled across the hidden gem will be coming back

Pros : Store is the largest of all the local Asian grocery store in Rancho. And for the longest time the only Asian store in town. Being it is a large chain store, prices are higher in comparison to the mom and pop own stores, but that's the cost for convenience and a shorter drive than to Diamond Bar, OC, or the SGV. Their weekly ad hits on Fridays so you can definitely find some good deals. The store has its own bakery. Pastries are freshly baked daily. Their cakes are not overly sweet. There's also a hot deli fast food section at the back of the store. I've purchased their Peking duck, soy chicken, and roasted pork. Taste just like one you would get at Sam Woo or in Chinatown. You can also buy a whole fish and asked for it to be fried. There's fresh live seafood swimming in the tanks. Cons: Parking lot is crowded and there's never enough parking. The store can get pretty busy. Avoid weekends if possible. The very rude older man working the meat section. He's been there for years and has nothing, but attitude. In the last few years he has refused to slice the beef rounds and has told me to go buy the pre slices trays that are triple the cost per lb

Don't come for dim sum, certainly don't expect good customer service. It's the culture, I've been visiting Chinese cafes since I was 18 and yes, I can say it's the culture. Nonetheless, the food was not hot at all, we planned to eat there so we asked for hot and soy sauce... the cashier pretended not to understand but I wanted my sauces gosh darn-it. I said it louder and she somehow understood the words. Easy pass, don't waste your time! Second star because sometimes they have good deals on their weekly ad.

In one day, I visited 2 additional Asian Markets nearest me in La Verne. Sadly, neither were as clean, had the selection, or prices as the 99 RM. I wanted to start cooking some of my favorite dishes (See Crustacean's Garlic Noodles, yum!). I needed 4-5 different specialty sauces. Not only did 99 RM have each sauce but often had 3-4 various choices for each sauce/oil. Additionally, the prices were the same or less. Impressive. Keep the store clean and I'll be back.

I enjoy the grocery department very much. This is the only place I buy my basa fish at. I have no issues with the grocery department fresh fish and produce. Crabs and live lobster But that hot food section. I will never do that again. 45 min wait for hot soup is ridiculous. When I asked for my money back surprisingly all of a sudden my soup was ready. Also a -F for that wonton soup. And the folks taking your order... Very Very Rude. I won't do that again. I will continue to shop there but I refuse to ever try that hot food section again

If you're not Asian or white just don't come here. The staff is racist and rude. I understand other cultures don't have common public courtesy so I don't let customers rudeness bother me but staff like yall work there why are you rude to people. I was really offended when the cashier checked my 100 bill 5x and I'm not exaggerating. I even said check it with a pen if you think it's fake. Like I get it I'm a Mexican but I'm not a thief.

For some reason this location is more expensive compared to other 99 ranch market. So I only buy what I need for the week. Prefer the location on hacienda heights Or near that area. Better deals

parking: large free parking lot outside of the market! shared with other businesses in the plaza. i usually come here for my asian groceries since there aren't too many asian markets in rancho. shoutout to 99 ranch for having a branch in rancho!!! i also come here for the SHOYI HAIR SALON to get my nails and lashes done :) food: a huuuge range of asian groceries and fresh produce. they even have a food court! service: the kindest, most hard working, & helpful employees ~ they make me feel like im back home in 626 ambiance: comfy, clean, your typical asian grocery store lol 10/10 my favorite market for asian groceries in rancho cucamonga

The prices are higher than most of Asian markets, but the service is low. In the fresh meats and fishes area, smells rotten. They definitely should clean more. Also some meats looked very stale. The cashier was very rude and not professional. Won't come back anymore

I stopped by and I went into today towards the bakery, I had the most pleasant and amazing service there with the baker/cashier named Michelle. She was so delightful and helpful with me had a pleasant conversation and she was the utmost positive person I came across. She helped me with my purchase made eye contact and gave me undivided attention. Thank you Michelle for your assistance and genuine interaction... I will definitely be heading back there. The vibe and everything was perfect.. made my day to have great and terrific food and service.

My go-to Asian market in IE since moving away from 626 area. Cashiers are very friendly and the bakery staff are incredibly nice as well. The store is always clean and I'm able to find everything I need here.

I love this place. I'm a huge fan of Asian foods, and this store always has the ingredients I'm looking for that can't be found at your average grocery store. Their produce department is awesome (I've never seen so many types of mushrooms and leafy greens in one place). Nice meat and fresh fish counters (head-on shrimp, that's where all the flavor is!). Amazing array of groceries and even ready-made foods (from noodles, to quail eggs, to pickled or dried vegetables and fruits, to sushi, and everything in between). Highly recommend!

Vegetables are good, but I met with a little boy crazy crying and parents could hardly control him. Too much noise. Just bought my vegetable and fruits run away.
