Extremely great service and quality of work. Came in for a same day alteration with four pairs of pants to be hemmed and asked for only to be done if possible for a business trip. She completed all four within 45 minutes. Customer for life. Very reasonable too.

I Had 10 pairs of pants hemmed for my daughters. I thought it was on the pricey side and she only likes cash as payment which caught me by surprise because that wasn’t mentioned when I called.

I purchased my wedding dress from ohpolly it originally is meant to be see through but I wanted to be more obviously covered up for my wedding day. I unfortunately first took my dress to another alterations shop for 8 weeks and was less than satisfied when I picked it up 6 days before my wedding. My dad referred simona to me and right away I made the almost 2 hour drive to her, to see what she can do for my dress with just 4 days before my wedding. Simona was such an angel and took on the job with such short time and having to fix a botched alteration job. Picking up my dress was everything I'd hoped it would be and even more! Thank you so much simona for saving my wedding dress and from me having another mental breakdown before my wedding lol forever grateful, blessings to you and your family

Poor customer service. Had a deadline for an alteration to take on vacation. Business was closed unexpectedly on a regular business day before I could pick it up. Picked it up after my trip and the owner was indignant about being closed. Way too over priced for what you get. Spend your money elsewhere.

Simona did an amazing job hemming my dress. Originally the dress was for my bf's navy event in Hawaii. We didn't end up going, but I still wanted to keep the dress. She hemmed them so I could wear flats. I wore my dress for tea at the Huntington Rose Garden Tea Room. Took some great photos in the garden. So happy with how my dress turned out. I also took a pair of jeans for Simona to hem. I don't have a picture, but they were the perfect length. Simona is helpful and completes the alterations within a timely manner. Her prices are reasonable for the work she does. I definitely will bring more clothes to be hemmed or altered.

Let me first say that I've used this place before and was pleased. That was why I took my daughter's prom dress there for hemming. The price was very expensive and cash only, but I understood what was involved in the process. They measured my daughter and I called to confirm the conversation and what was to be done in the dress. Over a week later I go to pick up the dress, she was just starting to work on it on the pickup day! I was polite and said no problem and came back the next day.I come back and the hemming is wrong! She tells me that the dress had a train. This dress did not have a train and we were specific about what we wanted. She actually only hemmed the front and sides. Never touched the back. It was literally the same amount of length on the back as when we brought it. I believe she ran out of time and decided to make up the train explanation.What prom dress needs a huge train! And of course with paying cash , there is no recourse. So disappointing

When I finally received my wedding dress I needed to find a tailor to make some adjustments, I found Simona right before her travel plans. She made it happen and did an amazing job. I'm a first time customer but turned to a forever customer and friend! She is so kind, so hardworking and does extraordinary work!
