I just went in today with my two children & myself. I was eager to find my shoes as they were for my wedding & my wedding is only a week away!! The day of all days. As soon as I walked in, I wasn’t greeted right away. The manager continued his conversation with the associate and THEN greeted me. Maybe it’s because I had a stroller so he didn’t take me seriously because he greeted everyone else who came in after me. I was helped by another associate, who was super friendly & understanding of me having two babies with me. One toddler & one infant. My toddler touched some the shoes on display & didn’t put them back exactly the way they were (she’s 4, give her a break) and here comes the manager fixing it right in front of us making it super obvious he was annoyed. I reassured him I would have fixed it, as I’m sure most of us mom’s would!! Instead of being understanding, you could tell our presence was one giant inconvenience to him. I ended up leaving with two pairs shoes & came back shortly after to return them, as I found ones I loved at Macy’s. He then greets me & asks if I’m returning or shopping again. I told him I was returning, so he goes to the back & to grab the young lady who originally helped me. Why couldn’t he just handle the return? He had no issues helping the other customers, but when it came to me, he didn’t want to even acknowledge my presence the first time or try to assist in the return when I came back a second time. Nothing. What poor customer service from a MANAGER. Everyone else was great. Hopefully next time I come shopping at this location, I won't be judged by the fact I have children with me. Especially since the women seemed super understanding.

I came here last minute on the night before I had to use my heels and seen heels that were calling my name. I of course bought them. The next morning, I was looking at them and noticed some details that were very not presentable. I decided to google the heels online and were completely different. This post is to let you be aware before purchasing as I did not like it. I went to the store and let the employees know and they wanted to do nothing about it besides return or exchange. I was upset as the principle is they are going to keep selling the heels to the public as I myself was one who did not notice and am spending a good amount of money even though the employee was saying these are not brand as in why would they be knock offs if they are not brand. In the end I exchanged my heels since we seen that not all heels look this way. So just be careful it is only some heels. I am attaching the heels that were mine on the chrome box, lighting is different but there they are.

Luis took his time and helped me get everything I needed. While he greeted and assisted all foot traffic coming in. Very good job
