I have an elderly dog with elderly issues. I noticed acute swelling in her ear.it was a pocket of blood. She needed to be sedated and the blood evacuated. I'm not sure if there's another vet in my area who could have performed this procedure. Kudos to the staff for their care and expertise.

I had to find a new vet after my previous one stopped doing dental work. I am so glad I came here. Not only did Dr. Lee listen to my concerns, she did a very thorough and gentle exam on my cat. We were able to get surgery scheduled in a timely manner.
The front office ladies were so great.
Fast forward to my other cat. One morning we found her K9 at a 45° angle out her mouth. We were seen almost immediately for emergency surgery.
This is for sure my new vet. Their patient care and customer service is exactly what I was looking for.

Ive been going to Alta rancho pet hospital for 4 years. Everyone is very friendly and answer s all your questions. But what I really appreciate is they follow up on my fur babies after their visit s Thank you Dr Lee and Dr Henderson for your kindness and special care. Your staff is amazing too.

The staff at this veterinary clinic is absolutely amazing. Their puppy package is both affordable and convenient. I've taken my new fur baby, Teddie, here three times and have seen different doctors each visit, but every single one has been wonderful. They document everything meticulously, so even though we've seen different vets, they are always aware of and address any concerns I have about Teddie.
The wait time is practically non-existent, and they are fantastic with Teddie. Having previously gone to another vet for my older dog, I wish I had discovered this clinic sooner.

I continue to be very pleased with the services at Alta Rancho Bird and Pet Hospital!! Dr Henderson is wonderful and takes very good care of all of my pups and the staff is also very helpful!!

The staff there was so gentle and caring with my Kipper. He’s 15 years old and needs secure loving hands to hold him. The Dr called me later and explained every detail that their tests found. They texted detailed information about each diagnosis so I could inform myself about causes, symptoms and treatments . Great professional service..

I took my elderly dog there the other day because I needed advice concerning multiple tumors. They couldn't be more kind and accommodating. They explained everything during the exam and offered me treatment alternatives. I fully recommend them.

Thankful for emergency appointment available today with Dr Henderson for our 6 year old English Bulldog with several health issues. Diagnosed and treatment plan in place. Happy Augie Doggie parents.

Dr.Henderson and her team are the best there is, She has been taking care of Nugget for a long time and even his sister and we are very thankful for her and I'm sure Nuggets sister is watching over him and knows he's in good hands. ❤️

We have only been once to Alta Rancho but Dr. Lee and the front staff were fantastic. I've been having trouble finding a vet that I like. So far, Dr. Lee and Alta Rancho Pet & Bird Hospital staff have been wonderful. I'm sure this will be our new office to bring our fur baby.
