Great service on my vehicle and customer service as well. Jovan is the store manager and he is fantastic. Oscar is my mechanic in the shop and the work he does is excellent.

Giving 2 stars only because the service was fairly quick. Brought my vehicle in to get two tires replaced, due to them being pretty warn out. After a couple hours of my vehicle being there, I received a call stating that more than likely I will need to replace the back two tires as well AND my rear shocks. Keep in mind I just had my vehicle serviced twice at the dealership and they provide a detailed performance check. There was no mention of my rear shocks being worn out. Now this is the kicker - the sales rep calls me and informs me that he can see oil leaking from my rear shocks and that there is no fix for this. They stated once they have been compromised they can't do anything, except replace them. I told him well can you please send me a video of this because if this is accurate this will fall under my warranty(I called the dealership to confirm this). He said well I can clearly see it leaking but sure I can send you a video. There was no video sent and the next phone call I received from them, they stated oh I misread the technicians wording: it said "cupping". Not sure how you get cupping and leaking confused but they did. So now when I go to pick up my car I ask for the video of the shocks leaking oil so I can show the dealership. Again they state oh I just misread the word from the technician and it's just your rear tires cupping, the shocks aren't leaking. Then why say that you can clearly see oil is leaking from the rear shocks, but really you never saw anything? Seems that once I brought up the warranty and the dealership performance check they dropped the sales tactic. Moral of the story, please understand the warranty's your car has and ask for proof of the issue. They easily could have swiped another $700+ from me if I didn't ask any questions. Thankfully not all my visits are like this, but this just happened to be a bad one. Hope this helps someone in the future.

American Tire Depot is the place to be for your tire service. Noah was knowledgeable and patience with my questions over the phone and he's no difference in person, but with a big friendly smile and wanting to take good care of his customers. I got my tire taken care of and glad I went to American Tire Depot for my car needs. Thank you, Noah!

Get what you pay for. They do have lowest price normally by about 10% but when issue arrises on warranty they nickel and dime you to not make pursuing it worth it. Tire had 25k for 45k warranty left and after “install charges” same cost as getting new one, wouldnt replace it under hazar warranty that i paid separately for due to wear and wear warranty makes no sense to use. Also every time you go always a long wait and car needs to stay in for 4-5 hrs making it very inconvenient.Stay away if at all possible

I made appointment for 8:15. I was told it would be about 2 hours. When I came back two hours later, I found out the car had not been serviced yet. I was told that my car was next. There was only 1 appointment before me at 8:00. I was told that when a rack became available, they would start. They were taking care of cars left over the weekend. I was told by a patron who took her car in for oil change. She checked in before me. She did not have an appointment but they serviced her car before mine. They did comp my oil change which I do appreciate it. Never have I had a problem before

I have been doing business with this specific store for many years now. This last Friday I purchased brand new tires, first day driving, 12 miles on tires , one blows out. Not a flat tire, blew out. Half of tire disintegrated. Upon bringing it back, they only cover the rubber. I was sold a "Lemon" and had to pay an additional 40 dollars to have new tire installed and the lemon disposed of. What kind of company won't back the products they sell. Definitely not the kind that I will do business with. They have lost my trust and dollars, and I will definitely share this with my family and friends.

Came in to have a tire looked at and have the valve stem replaced. Was initially told 2 1/2 hour wait. After 30 minutes, I asked if I can grab my charger out of my car and was told my car was already done. They were quick, and very efficient And courteous.

Shady business. May be not everyone working there is like that but we had 2 bad experiences back to back. I went for flat tire repair for my Tesla ( bought from them and less than 30K miles on them ). We had bought insurance and the guy said your tires need replacement because thy are bald. Tread depth is in " red". I checked myself at home and they were barely in yellow. I asked them to see if they were under warranty and he said he couldn't find it because it was " in the old system". They did the same thing to my wife's car tire. When she talked to the manager, they magically found the information from the " old system". She actually needed tire replacement and they were trying to charge her for that. The burden of proof is always on the customer. If you loose receipt, you are out of luck. In this day and age, it shouldn't be like that. I feel like they always try to upsell and not honest in their business practices. I am not complaining about their work, just the work ethics.

I recently scheduled an appointment to have two tires replaced. When I arrived at American tire depot, they had no clue of my appointment and tired to justify that there system is unreliable and often cancels the appointments. The gentleman try to explain to me nonchalantly, that stuff like this sometimes happens. When I walked in there was many customers waiting and one gentleman even ask is everything OK because they were scrambling to find his tires. Looks like not honoring there appointments is very common. I will not recommend American tire depot to any one who is looking for good service and and if you value your time. Also, I recommend calling ahead and making sure they have your appointment and tires ready so that you don't waste your time like I did.

This is the best experience I’ve had at any tire shop. I’ve constantly had issues with my tires not knowing what the real issue was. Jovan (manager) was transparent with what needed to be fixed and made sure he took care of every issue so I wouldn’t need to continue to have problems. My car has never felt so smooth! Thank you all! You’re the best!

Dropped the car off for all 4 tires to be replaced. Called three hours later to inquire if it was ready. They didn't call me like they said they would. After 8 minutes on hold, someone got on to tell me that they didn't have the tires that they said they did. I told them to have my car ready and I would be picking it up. Now I'm sitting in the parking lot and hour later waiting for them to get my car off the lift so I can take it elsewhere. And now it's too late for me to go somewhere else s and get a Labor Day weekend install. Goddamned huge waste of my time! I hope the manager of the store sees this. I will never come back here again!

Had a 9:30am appointment, it's now 11 am and the car hasn't moved. I asked how much longer and was told at least an hour. I had an APPOINTMENT and was told that doesn't mean anything. Car finally came in? Not sure what the result will be but if you don't do what you say your going to do that's POOR customer service. Don't bother making an appointment it's just a suggestion not an appointment.I'm in the service business and this location needs a check up and customer service training. Without customers you have no reason to be in business. I won't ever visit this location again.

DO NOT COME HERE. This shop will Mickey Mouse your car with no respect for your safety. I went in and got a bad job done, after bringing it in to be fixed they called me names and were very disrespectful to me the entire time calling me greedy, which is funny considering they charged me for so many things I never asked for and are upset that I came back and called them out on it. Giovanni is a manager here and throughout this entire process called me names and tried to make me feel cheap. These are not quality mechanics these are tire changers. Once you come in for a complaint you are no longer treated with respect, even though you are a paying customer. If you need desperate car help go somewhere else and thank me later. These are a group of gaslighting workers who want you to believe they are doing quality work but in fact that’s not true. They insulted me throughout the whole ordeal and became very unfriendly. I assume they will leave a comment to this post that you can view that’ll show you what I mean. In conclusion avoid this place the only thing they have working for them is the location but the inside including the workers at the front desk are disrespectful and should be replaced. These are not honest people these are vultures waiting to screw someone over. Don’t let that be you, Do not go to American Tire. I look forward to speaking to Jason about the disrespect his workers gave me throughout this whole thing. Also the waiting area is trash let that be foreshadowing of the quality you should expect.

I'm updating my review to be fair noting the service I received after filing a complaint with their customer service call center. I called their customer service as I was leaving the shop. CSR was very empathetic to the situation. Said he would have someone call me to fix the issues. Within an hour, I received a call from Jason, the Regional VP. He told me he would look into the situation and get back to me. I didn't think much of it, but figured I'd wait to see if he did anything about it. Towards the end of the day at about 5 pm, he sent me a text offering me better tires than what I originally purchased for the same price along with a heavily discounted 4-tire alignment. He also told me that I could get it done next morning. I accepted the offer. Brought the car in next morning. I was a little annoyed that although the same rep helped at the counter, he didn't even acknowledge what happened the day before and apologize. Anyway, he told me it would be ready in about an hour, so I went next door to DD for breakfast. He called me about an hour later, and everything was done. He gave me a printout of the alignment results and explained to me what it meant. He also gave me some feedback on a potential repair I may need later. All in all, the end result made up for the issues I had the previous day. Thanks to Jason for his help. Their customer service at the corporate level was top notch and unexpected. If they could fix their online order system and teach the frontline employees to how to rectify issues, they would have a great business. Oh, and stop trying to upsell your services. Offer a fair price to customers at the beginning. Note to customers - don't ever accept their first price quote on services. They can always find a discount or coupon when you say no.
