From purchase to delivery, their customer service was outstanding. I ordered three Momo vanities—one in black and two in white oak. The quality is beautiful, and the black vanity is absolutely stunning. The two white oak ones turned out more orange than expected, and since our house was still under construction, we didn’t open them until about three months later.
Even with the delay, Ancerra Design immediately took care of the issue and made it right. That kind of customer service is rare these days! I really appreciate how they stand behind their products. Living in a smaller city, I often have to buy big items online without seeing them in person, but I can honestly say you can trust Ancerra Design. They offer exceptional service and truly high-quality products. Highly recommend!

I have been adding Ancerre vanities to my projects on Martha's Vineyard, Cape Cod and Newport RI for years. These vanities are VERY well made with the finest woods and natural stones. I highly recommend this company, the service and products.

Customer service was excellent answering questions before purchasing. We’ve never seen packaging this secure and we’re very impressed with the process to ensure it arrived intact and without any damage. After inspecting, we could tell the unit is very high quality, matching the vanity details and specs online stated online. We haven’t installed it yet but are confident that it will be perfect in our bathroom. We highly recommend this Ancerre vanity and generally purchasing any furniture from them, as the care they take and quality of products are evident.

Absolutely Stunning! The vanity arrived very quickly (packaged incredibly well) and was in perfect condition. I struggled as to whether I should purchase the black or the white vanity for our new lower level powder room. Thankfully, I pulled the trigger and ordered the black one. If you're having difficulty deciding, don't hesitate to order the black one. It is stunning -- dramatic & elegant.

Jennifer Eudave was amazing from the first call. We were interested in this bathroom vanity, but we wanted to kick the tires and see the construction. Well, Jennifer invited us to the warehouse to view it. Then we gave her a challenge of making one that was midnight blue. She stepped up and said yes. She said yes to everything that we asked. Truly expert customer service from the very first call. Today that midnight blue vanity is the showpiece of our next hall bath. Ancerre really steps up to the challenge. Ancerre's team was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend that you give their team a call if you are planning your bathroom remodel. Everyone who sees the new bathroom is stunned by the Ancerra Vanity's quality.

This cabinet is beautifully made and so easy work with for decorating. Drawers and doors are solid/perfect. The finish is also perfect. I would buy another in a heartbeat. Added bonus isthat it came with a great sink and marble counter. We added a matching marble backsplash to avoid spillover. I am adding hooks to the black backsplash that came with it for towels on the opposite wall. I may add William Morris wallpaper, (bBrds!, Flowers!) and hunting for a black and gold vintage mirror. A great touch of glam for my entryway BR.:)

I purchased a 48” Ancerre vanity at a local national home improvement store and while transporting the vanity it became damaged. I reached out to Ancerre for a replacement sink and their customer service representatives were very responsive, even after UPS broke the first replacement sink. Kate at Ancerre was very responsive, empathetic, and helpful! I didn’t mention previously, but I love the contemporary design, quality marble, solid wood, and soft close doors! Excellent quality and even better customer support.

My bathroom vanity came in perfect condition and the carrier even assisted us with moving it from the road to our home, it weighed 300lbs plus. The cabinet is beautiful! Solid with dove tail and a beatiful marble top with back splash. Mine is grey and will be perfect in my space. Geat additon to our home and for less than big box stores that load their cabinets with fiber board. Buy with confidence.

The customer service at Ancerre is beyond anything I have experienced. They answered my numerous questions and sent me photos prior to my decision. The vanity came packed so well I knew I would not find damage. Both the truck driver and my neighbor mentioned they had never seen anything packed so well. I chose Ancerre because of the description of their vanities and I am not disappointed. It is beautifully built with quality materials.

I rarely write reviews of products, but the 72" Audrey Graphite Vanity with Carrera top is a 5 star product.
The vanity actually exceeded our expectations.
1. The online description, detailed installation instructions, measuring info, and product photos were accurate.
2. The verbage said solid wood and based on weight and construction we feel this is true. The paint job is so good, we can't find a flaw or opening to confirm what is actually underneath!
3. The workmanship is stellar. The doors and drawers are so well aligned that the gap between them and their facings is equidistant everywhere. A quality piece of furniture that looks stunning. Additionally, we like the levelers on the feet as our floor is not perfectly level. Plus since a bathroom can potentially get water on the floor from a shower, we like the idea that the wooden feet have additional protection via the metal levelers.
4. The transporting was efficient and the packing of the item was well done. Our vanity came cross country from CA to TN and arrived without a scratch. The packing crate was made of better plywood than we have seen in some cabinet offerings!
5. The vanity shipping weight is 400+ pounds, so be prepared to have assistance in receiving and moving your product. The vanity top, backsplash and cabinet base come in separate pieces, so this makes relocation easier as you can break the crate open and separately move the heavy individual pieces.
We were hesitant to order an item that could not be physically viewed in a store, but the online info indicated that this vanity met the criteria we had. It did, and we were so pleased after unboxing and inspecting the vanity that we immediately ordered the matching mirrors. They also arrived damage free and are of the same quality workmanship
