Jenna was very unhelpful (Lady with straight black hair and glasses). Drove 30 minutes and arrived within my check-in window (November 28 at 11:15 AM - 11-30 AM PST, when I went to the store Jenna told me she could not check me in because it’s still processing, even though it says to arrive at your check in time. I didn’t want to wait extra time since I have other plans, I canceled the order and Jenna was very happy to agree I cancel it. I called Apple and they told me I could walk back in and purchase the phone since it’s in stock, but of course Jenna never suggested I do that, she was too happy to tell me to leave and cancel my order since my online order wasn’t done processing. Than you for saving me $1100 Jenna!

When I went, it was busy. I was just purchasing a new phone, but the wait was 30 min. As we were waiting it seemed like they had reps available but just hovering certain areas to answer questions. Not sure if that was a valuable use of their time when there was a busy long line. But when i finally reached a sales person, he was knowledgeable and quick and I was out of there in 10 min.

Alex R was very rude unhelpful and displayed terrible customer service. He should fine another line of work. I asked to speak to a manager and he ignored me. Failed to give me manager’s name and walked away. I finally spoke to Mo which in turn was very polite and displayed great customer service skills offered me to have a seat at the customer couches and turned it all around. He actually did introduce me to the manager that also displayed patience and understanding and both Mo and Zo were very attentive and kept coming to see how my update were going. The one star is for Alex R. Not for Mo and Zo. If you go to this location don’t even waste your time speaking to Alex R. I forgot to mention that Brian was also very helpful and attentive he even helped me a little while after he had already clocked out for the day!!!

Very spacious store & have a very selective selection of colors for the iPhone 17 in stores. Employees helpful & respectful. The Apple Store delivers an elevated retail experience defined by clean design, meticulous organization, and a consistent sense of modern luxury. I would give it minus stars if I could. Please see Yelp review. It is too painful to relate again all the ways they were incompetent and refused to listen and really abused me as a customer. Since I wrote this they have been even more horrible. They failed to do a data migration, then when I finally got thru to someone after a first email to contact them, sent me another telling me to pick up my old computer by a date I had told them multiple times was one I would be out of the country. I did try to call them about the pick up date ad they requested. On hold 6 minutes before being cut off, after going thru their prompts to say I was returning an email about a repair. Rang and rang. Called back, rang and rang for 12 minutes before being disconnected. Called back and rang and rang internally before I hung up. Then called Apple customer service, which could not get thru to them either. The worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Salesperson was very uninformative and looking like he didn't want to be there who sent me somewhere else and not till second time was I helped by an extremely helpful and cheerful employee.

Rodrigo was legendary , complex and hard to understand set up for iPad Pro 11 “Made Easy “. Thank you . I tried to set up everything and I messed it up because I forgot my password, lost my iPhone 6 , forgot all my password . I just can’t remember … he synch my phone and my iPad Pro 11 and I remember “ all my password “ thank u !!!!
