Apria arrived when they said they would. The man delivered all equipment that was promised. He explained how to use the bed and if I had any other questions. Both workers were very professional and friendly.

They canceled my first order. So didn't get my cane right away. I kept having to call them for them to reorder it. Then they still took forever to deliver it. Supposedly they called me. I had no missed call. It took like 2 1/2 weeks to get it. When they delivered it, they didn't call me. They left it outside my door and I live in apartments. Someone could have stole it. I wouldn't have known.

It was not a great experience. First it took them quite long time to call and set an appointment. Then would not let fit different mask as it is not their policy. Had a very limited choice to pick. The representative was very dry attitude and had a I donot care attitude. Like not welcoming attitude. Reaching them back is next to impossible. Not impressed with service. I did not like the mask I got so I have to get another one

Getting my CPAP through Apria was a very lengthy test of patience. My doctor originally ordered my CPAP at the end of June. They apparently lost the record of that order, so my doctor had to re-order from them. After more time, I called Apria and was told to not call back, and that my order will be done when its done.Fast forward to August, and still no response from them, only being told to not call them. My doctor had to re-order my CPAP from them a 3rd time for them to finally process it. So basically it took 2 months of "leave us alone, we'll process your order when we feel like it".

My customer experience with Apria was very poor. They sent one of two components of my CPAP machine to my old address which I specifically told them not to use. When I called to inform Apria of this error, the representative told me that both components had been sent to my old address. On a subsequent call, a different representative told me that in fact one component had been sent to my new address and the other sent to my old address. This representative helped me re-order the component that had been sent to the old address, but gave me an incorrect delivery date. Finally, on another subsequent call a different representative finally gave me the correct delivery information for the re-ordered component. The confusion and back-and-forth caused by the multiple errors made by the customer service team wasted my time and made the ordering process a frustrating experience.

I used it for two days, but on the third day it would not work. It stated leaking tube. The tube seems fine. The only place where it might be leaking is the plastic hinging piece that the tube connects to the mask.

I was released from the hospital with an E size oxygen tank and was told there would be two or three waiting for me at my house. Instead, there were two mini portable tanks. I called immediately, and they said my doctor we have to order a different size. On Saturday, my Pallative care nurse ordered 3 tanks and was told they would be delivered on Monday. This was critical, because I had an appointment with my oncologist on Tuesday and didn't have enough oxygen to get there and back. On Monday, I had a visit from a social worker, and she called to confirm they were delivering it today.(Monday). By 8 PM when they had not made a delivery or called, I called Apria to see how soon they would be out, and was told I was not on the schedule for delivery today. I explained it was urgent, as my oncologist appointment was on Tuesday. She agreed to schedule an urgent delivery for tonight, but told me to call back if I hadn't heard from them by 10PM. I shouldn't have been surprised when I hadn't heard from them by 10 and had to call again. They had the driver call me, and he explained the don't deliver the larger tanks at night at all. As it stands now, they are supposed to deliver the tanks between 10AM-Noon tomorrow. I am disgusted that they have a contract with Kaaiser. I can't imagine worse service.

I would never tell anyone to go to Apira especially the Apira office in Rancho Cucamonga. I had long term COVID for 2 ye s and 19 months. When the Apira staff came to pick up all my oxygen canisters oxygen units and other devices. When they were here they threw the e oxygen humidifier that you put water in. The guy also the the cord that attaches from the oxygen unit to the smaller oxygen tanks.I have recently had a stroke and can't get to pick up the water unit or the cords. Now I got a fine for throwing my oxygen supply's I the bushes. I called the rancho office and the office guy dist even care. I told the guy you need to send that driver back. The guy then hung up the hone on me. I am reporting them I the better business bureau. Throughout the two years we have had2-3 people cause us out. One guy cussed my 75 yr old mother out. Whatever you do don't use the company if at any way possible.

This review is for Apria in general. All they care about is maximizing profits by selling you supplies more often than needed. Called for assistance with machine and was put on hold for 15 minutes and then went to voice mail. Called back and chose option to buy supplies and they answered on the first ring.

I had a balance that I paid off yet was not reflected on my account. when I called after speaking to someone live about ordering more CPAP supplies I would immediately get transferred to another line towards paying a balance I had already paid off. I was then told via a recording that another balance was now in collections. I called again this time asking the person to not transfer me as I had a receipt for my payment in full but also credit card transactions. I also had my account open and noted none of the balances matched up nor was the system updated to show my payment which had been made two weeks prior. She then put me on hold to verify and returned telling me that I was in fact current and that the collections was 100% their mistake. She informed me that she would remove the note from my account and that my balance was in fact $0.I initially called to order CPAP supplies as I need a new tube, mask, humidifier tank etc. Unfortunately I do not trust this company anymore as sending unconfirmed balances to collections could damage my credit, which I take care of closely. As of today I am ordering my supplies 100% out of my own pocket so I can have peace of mind knowing I will not have fraudulant claims against me and my credit. BEWARE.

Overall they did ok. What concerned me is when the nurse said she did not read my mothers record to know what she was there for and asked us what she was there for. But once we brought her up to speed it was good.

Apria is awesome. When my medical team inputted the incorrect code for a traction machine, they were so gracious in taking my many, many calls to check on status updates. Then, when my doctor fixed the error, Apria was remarkably fast in getting me my machine. I got the machine the next day and was so sad to find it wasn’t working, but when I called Apria, they literally had a new machine to me within hours…yes hours, not days. So responsive and supportive, I cannot speak highly enough about this company!!
