David is a greattttt coach. It's like having your personal trainer. the workouts are never boring, it's always fun and he knows how to make it more interesting. My husband & I joined this last year and we feel like we have made the best decision for our better and healthy lifestyle. Honestly, we look forward each day to go to class.After my knee injury I didn't knew if I am going to run again or jump but since last year I feel so confident and again it's all because of him. He helped me build confidence in myself and did modifications in exercise when needed.We always wanted to do something for our health, we are glad we met David. His knowledge and encouragement boost us to live a healthier lifestyle.

Coach David is great! He is knowledgeable and experienced. He helped me by setting up a meal plan that meets my needs for a healthy weight loss while gaining muscle/toning your body! He will motivate you in reaching your health goals and give you great tips and advice along the way! Highly recommend!

All I can say is Results, Confidence, and more Results! Having hypothyroidism, metabolic syndrome from years of trying every diet under the sun (which completely threw my female hormones out of whack) and gave me an extremely high estrogenic (round) body type, I had almost given up on the dream of getting my body back altogether. That is, until I found the Archibald Fit Body Bootcamp!!! Even with all of my metabolic conditions, I lost 17 lbs and 5.5" off my waist within the first 30 days. This is the best kept secret to counteracting the effects of gravity for anyone needing to tighten and tone. The atmosphere is amazing with so many strong women all working towards that "IT" factor and David ensures we reach "IT". Losing weight, losing inches, and increasing my lean body mass has all been great; but feeling comfortable in my own skin again ........ is priceless!!!!!

I can’t say enough positive things about David and the Archibald Fit Body Bootcamp. David is motivating and knows how to push you to become better. He is great at helping with modifications if necessary and keeps the workouts fresh and challenging. It’s like having your own personal trainer!

Archibald Fit Body Bootcamp isn't just for weight loss. I have struggled to gain weight my whole life and was looking for anything to help me shape my body while building any ounce of muscle mass possible. The high intensity training has helped me to build my endurance but the private weight lifting classes have made all the difference . The one-on-one sessions have pushed me past my limits and I can see more definition in my upper and lower body. Thanks David - you're the BEST!!!

Love this place! The workouts are intense and worth every drop of sweat. Just 30 minutes makes it easy for me to be consistent. The push and motivation from coach David gives this place the personal touch I need. Highly recommended!

David is Great helped me reach my goal of losing 35 pounds I wouldn't have been able to do that without his help. He pushes you and helps you stay on track which I definitely need sometimes Lol. I like that he makes you feel as if you have your own personal trainer which is ➕️. I would recommend this Bootcamp Class to anyone looking to make a healthy lifestyle change.

After the pandemic, I was looking to get fit and discovered Archibald Fit Body Boot Camp. It's a great boot camp with 30-minute high-intensity training. The best part is that Coach David customizes your exercise based on your fitness level and includes nutritional planning and body analysis. I have made significant progress and look forward to a different workout every day. So if you want to try a quick 30-minute workout and get fit, check it out; you won't regret it.

If you want a great workout this is the place to visit!!!! I've been going to fit body boot camp 8 weeks now. I must say I really enjoy it. The vibe is everything. We are always learning new exercises and it's never a dull momemt. David (The Punisher) as I call him is great!! He's always there to push us to keep going and offer words of encouragement. With his help and meal plan I have dropped over 10lbs. Come out and join you will not be disappointed!!!

Hands down, best choice for fitness. I joined Archibald Fit Body Boot Camp in March. I have to say the last few months have made me stronger and more energized. The workouts are fun and never boring. I crave it! Coach David and Coach Wendy are awesome! They motivate me to keep pushing towards my goals. They check in on you and don't see you as just another member. I highly recommend joining!

I came to FBBC in July 2021. I was overweight and unhealthy. I had tried to lose some weight on my own several times over the last 10 years. Having just turned 50, I knew I needed to make some changes to be healthier. David customized my exercise routines to get the most out of them even with knee and foot pain. He kept be encouraged with weekly weigh-ins to discuss my progress and make adjustments to my exercise and diet. He helped me with my form to keep me from getting injured. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get healthier. Thank you, David!
