My son sent balikbayan box a couple of months before he left for the Philippines. So he was in the Philippines when the box arrived. Some stuff were missing like chocolates , women’s clothes and air fryer. It was very disappointing since we have been using Atlas for decades now and this has never happened. Now we have to find another shipping company☹️

I have been using atlas cargo since 2009. At one point I gave them good business where I sent over 40 macho boxes when I moved to the Philippines. When I came back my family continued to use atlas because of the trust they provided us. In addition, My father would send 6-10 boxes every year.Today, I spoke with Andrew, he provided me a poor communication where he did not inform me that he would be around my area today. I spoke to him last week and he told me to inform him once the box is ready for pick up. When I tried to re-schedule another pick up for next week, he literally hanged up. I texted him, he responded unprofessionally. Very rude and childish. Never again I would use them. I would give Andrew a 0 star.
