This location is in bad shape! The so called Manager Melissa A. Is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She's rude and obviously has no customer service skills. Where do they find these people? I've been with At&t for just under 20 years now and have never encountered such a rude, miserable person like Melissa A. The place is dark and cold, no light coming in from anywhere. It's next to a gas station that has homeless people living right in between the two locations. The workers are so depressed there and the darkness may have something to do with it, but Melissa A. Doesn't seem concerned about any of this. She represents the store and the store represents her... Which goes to show! It's miserable!! Melissa A. Had lots of snarky little comments and thought she was clever, but I let her know that she wasn't. I'm seriously considering another company after this encounter. Melissa A. Is the worst representation of this company I've ever seen, and by the looks of the store and location I'm sure it doesn't have much time left. Lots of bad reviews on this store location.. Wake up At&t and read these reviews. The customers are trying to tell you something!! Any suggestions on another cell phone provider?

We have been att customers for 20+ years and always go to this location and have the best service. We came in this morning and were the first ones in the store at opening and Rico helped us out. I told him what we needed and we were in and out and all set up with everything within 20 mins. Great service and really helpful.

We have been an ATT customer for over 20 years (back when they Cingular). We recently upgraded our phones with a trade in. We pay for 5 lines. Phones were picked up at an ATT store. The gentleman at the store helped us factory reset the trade-in phones and mail them back in. ATT has denied our trade in stating the phones were not unlocked - They don't know how to do that? After spending hours upon hours online, and with phone support, and the store we are out of luck - they don't care one bit. and since their processes take so long, it is past the return date of the new phones. We are jumping ship to Verizon no matter what it costs. ATT does not care about its customers. Avoid them like the plague.

Went to upgrade my iPhone. Without telling me they added a 15 dollar a month insurance plan and a 5 dollar a month early upgrade plan. I asked for neither of these. I had neither of these on my old phone.I would not trust the workers at this store.Edit: I did not receive "conflicting information" I was not given any direct information about these charges.Once again this place added an insurance plan and an early upgrade plan. These people are scammers of the highest degree

I purchased two phones on Xmas eve. I was told I can swap out the colors if my daughter did not like the colors. One of my daughters did not like the natural titaniumcolor and it turns out that it’s not that easy to swap out colors. I had to pay a $55 restocking fee for changing colors. I feel I was mislead and it should be posted on a receipt or initial a document to explain the charge in the event you want to change the color ?

I can only describe this location as a scam. Twice I've went to upgrade my phone there, each time they have added on a protection plan and an upgrade plan without my consent. I don't mind my ATT service (is any wireless company 'good'?) but this location is pathetic and out to scam you.

I went to this store the other day to check it out, and WOW there is such a difference. It is refreshing to have great customer service. The reps there really helped me out and the store looked so nice and clean. Every one was very professional and I just can’t say enough normally I don’t write to many of these, but based on my experience here I had to! If your looking for a great AT&T store to go to this is the one and definitely worth the drive!

I visited the AT&T store today, and it was the worst customer service experience I've encountered in my 2.5 months in the United States. I accompanied a friend to inquire about their current plan, which costs over $170 for three lines. We wanted to understand the pricing for four or five lines and also inquire about the additional cost of purchasing an iPhone.The Caucasian female service representative who assisted us displayed impatience from the outset, often responding with irritation or claiming not to understand what I was saying. With a background in English and 20 years of experience in translation, I believe communication was not an issue, and my goal was to translate the information we needed into Chinese for my friend.While I understand that everyone has bad days, it's crucial to separate personal emotions from professional duties. We are customers seeking information, not here to gauge your mood. Please remember to leave personal feelings outside the workplace.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with Tony's help and knowledge. He was extremely patient and thorough. Store was clean. The music playing was perfect. Happy customer and definitely will recommend this location and Tony.
