Dealing with Lucy, the Senior Banker, during our visits to Bank of America was an absolute pleasure. As new customers, her professionalism and expertise were evident from the start. Untrustworthy company. They will steal your hard earned money and hope you dont notice. Keep your money safe and secure ELSEWHERE.I used to like BOA but recently they started charging a "monthly maintenance fee" $12 a month. Its not much but it bothers me that they decided to take this from me without warning or without my consent. And they did not do this when i was making minimum wage, or even every month. They started as soon as i got a better job. And Its sporadic and whenever they "feel like it" i guess because some months i dont get charged for the "fee". Whos to say BOA wont increase it to $20 a month? or $50? IF i didn't check my balance carefully everyday i would never have known BOA was doing this. Because of this, i do not trust BOA and everytime my balance reaches a certain amount i will go to the bank and withdraw my money so that BOA does not know how much money i have. This 1 star review will remain until i get confirmation from someone at BOA that this will not happen again or at least a promise that the "fee" wont increase without warning. I recommend any person considering using BOA should choose another bank.

Their system is shut down and they sent all the customer to Summit Ave in Fontana, but they did not send any of their bankers to that location so with only One Banker in that location, all of the slots are already booked. What kind of business arrangement is that? Very poor execution.

Bank of America gave 100$ that is fake be carful folksUpdate i don’t think you care I went to the manager he showed he was caring. He gave me a number so the other bank discuss with him why they think the money is fake they waited for 20 minutes but he didn’t respondYou have some that put fake money u need to investigate thatFrom my side I will see how I can sew youWhat is next if a bank give FAke Money how we can trust you again

Have had a not so positive experience at this branch the past times I have banked here, yet today Leera B treated me with much dignity and respect. I am really grateful for her awesome customer service, it really made a big difference compared to my previous visits. Am I looking forward to using this branch more often. Thank you!

This branch has the worst service ever. I've been trying to open a business account for the past 3 days and everytime I go there they tell me we have nobody to help and the waiting time is 2 hours !!!The attitude is like we owe them something and we are lucky to talk to them.Taking my business to Chase Bank that did everything very fast and smooth on the spot

This rating is not for the branch. It’s for the 800 customer service and BoA it self debiting a customers account bring it to a zero balance / overdrawing your account and when calling in customer service has ZERO clue cause there are NO notes on the account as to why it was done. Instead they say “call back” or “wait 7-10 days for a letter to say why” . What kind of place doesn’t put notes on an account when the customer calls in???? Thanks So much BOA! ??. BY the way - I do not use Twitter nor Facebook!

Because be of their mistake I have to wait for my money to be put back into my account. They didn’t even apologize! Also don’t use their ATMs unless you want your card information and money stolen!

After four days of calling - Marisol answered and is not very pleasant to talk to. Her phone etiquette skills are below par. In stead of talking down to you the customer she should show some empathy to the customer (by the way if were not for the customers she would not have a job) I was getting different information from the telephone bankers and they told me to call my branch where I made the deposit that’s why I called in. Listening to Marisol explain the “in person deposit and check hold procedures” was awful!she absolutely has no customer service skills.

Watch out people someone hit my account for $1000 with a new debit card from an outside ATM at this bank. I just got my debit card a few days ago.
