usually i have a alright experience not the best service but whatever. they lock the kpop albums behind the registers and usually the male employees let me or others stand back there. one of them has seen me a few times and has helped look up albums i cant find. the older female employee probably like 60 years old had a a snarky attitude and implied i was gonna steal and said "im gonna have to watch you while you look through them" yes like id risk going to jail for a $20 album... so stupid. just laughed at her and told her the male employees recognize me and always let me back. like a 20 year old girly girl nerd is gonna steal. grow up 60 year old. like bruh i know what im looking for it'll be quick im not gonna wait for someone who doesn't even know what they're looking for to guide me. too old to be acting like that... would recommend buying albums at target and not barnes and nobles!!!

Book signing! School district shared this event and we are so excited to get to meet Bad Kirry author Nick Bruel! So happy that this B&N is hosting books signings. Friendly and helpful staff. One of the team members helpes me to find prior transaction so that we can have our (recent) previously bought Bad Kitty book signed. Thanks you.

Barnes and Noble has become my go-to haven when I need a break and some quality reading time. This place is a gem, offering not only a vast array of books but also a cozy atmosphere that makes it perfect for relaxation. With Starbucks inside and comfortable chairs scattered throughout, it's a welcoming environment for both reading and working on your laptop. The employees here are incredibly helpful and always ready to assist you in finding exactly what you're looking for. The store is well organized, making it easy to navigate, and they have an impressive selection of books, including the Hanayama puzzles I love. It's great that they restock them regularly. What makes the experience even better is that they have some books on sale, making it a delightful opportunity to snag a great read at a discounted price. Plus, their rewards member program adds an extra layer of value for loyal customers. In an era where bookstores like this are a dying breed, it's crucial to support them. Barnes and Noble provides a unique and enriching experience that online shopping can't replicate. In addition to books, they offer a wide range of newspapers and magazines. The customer service is consistently excellent, and the entire place is kept impeccably clean. Conveniently located in a strip mall next to Office Depot, Seafood City, and Aldi, parking is never an issue. If you prefer to see and feel a book before making a purchase, Barnes and Noble is the place to be. Highly recommended for book enthusiasts and puzzle lovers alike! Remember, supporting bookstores like this ensures they continue to thrive in our communities. My Personal Rating:4.55 Staff 4.5/5 Price 4/5 Establishment 4.8/5 Cleanliness 4.9/5

It's always so neat and clean. The cashiers are so friendly. If they don't have a book you want in stock, they will order it for you and let you know when it's in.

This location is always very well put together. Huge selection of various things to choose from besides books. A lot of collection items available as well, although it can be a bit pricey. Otherwise I'd recommend checking this location out for sure.

The bookstore did not have the book I wanted, but they could order it for me. The problem is that Amazon is cheaper and I only go to Barnes & Noble to walk away with a book. Instant gratification.

The service, selection and value are all great... especially considering how rare in person bookstores are in today's online world

Today I went to the Rancho Cucamonga Barnes & Noble to send some books to an institution and the guy told me they don’t do that service anymore, usually I go to the GLENDORA store and I always get the service with no problem at all, This person is a white guy very mean. I felt sooo frustrated with his bad attitude.
