I’ve been fostering a French bull dog that was rescued by frenchie united rescue. He was badly neglected. I’ve been taking him to Baseline Animal hospital for all his medical needs. The doctor & his staff are very friendly & helpful. Andrea is very caring & understanding . My foster dog grew to love her. He doesn’t care to go to the vet, but he loves seeing her:) I’m going to start taking my french bull dog to this vet from now on.

Ali came to help and, Honestly the staff is all over you have two people saying they can't deworm and vaxx my pupper or atleast help her, tells me I can't bring in the stool to check her. But can do an exam. And not get anything done. Crazy Barbara and rob aren't help. Ali wanted to help but the other two are making it super complex.

Personally after reading the reviews I am suspicious to what things could cost for my dog but based off of my first impression...-I was at a vet down the street for our 4 PM appt and 45 minutes later I was taken into a vet room. I immediately called baseline animal hospital and the receptionist said come on in- I really do appreciate that. I paid around 180 bucks to have my dog's ears checked/cleaned/and they gave him some other things to take care of his inflammation. Sure, it's expensive but these people are professionals and I am trusting it. The place is huge, very clean, and they got lots of pamphlets regarding dog insurance so I may invest in that so I'm not the person complaining about each service done. After all these people are providers and they are doing a service for our animals. I will be returning for Oakley, and again I really do appreciate last minute seeing him after my poor experience with the vet down the street.

Everything! The people were ALL very nice and pleasant! We didn't have an appointment and we are new customers and they were able to get us in cuz our dog had gotten bit. Our own vet couldn't, wouldn't even try. We will be switching vets!!!

Dr G is always there for my pet family My pets have received 12 years of excellence attendance by him and their loving fam at Baseline, and my dogs r still all going strong !! Always grateful

Thought my poor baby Milo had a lypoma, but turns out it was just irritated skin and scratching! Dr. Lopez was amazingly sweet and compassionate! Even Cynthia and Rob up front were very respectful and considerate. Thank you again for getting my fur baby taken care of so quickly!!(:

My dog was experiencing a pain in his back area. We went to a vet nearby and upland, and just touched his back but not finding the source of the issue so they just gave my dog medication but the problem was I wanted to know the source of the issue. I have came to this before I come. They were very professional and wanted to find the source of my puppies issue. They ran some physical test on him and some mental test on him to see where his problem was and they eventually did tell me that he has back issues because of jumping so much, I would’ve never known this if I wouldn’t come to this place sooner. Thank you so much.

They're overall amazing with my pets... prices are reasonable and service has been exceptional. I'm giving 3 stars because my epileptic dog needs medication and they told me to order online...when I did, they never said anything and days went by. I finally called the next day, and they said they'd call back....which they never did. 2 more days go by...I call and they say to come in and get the meds whenever. I check their hours...it says 530pm. I show up at 5 and they're CLOSED. WHAT'S WORSE? THE HOURS ON DOOR SAID 6PM THEY CLOSE. PISSED. Luckily I have a couple pills left for my dog...

We took our dog here when she was having a heart attack, but unfortunately it was too late by the time we got there. The vets were great and very accommodating as I waited for my wife to rush there from work. After they told us our dog had passed, they took us to an exam room to say goodbye to her and told us to take all the time we needed. Shortly after they brought her in, someone came in with a credit card reader asking for payment, holding the reader over our dog's dead body. We thought this was in extremely poor taste and insensitive, and should have waited until we were back in the lobby. We weren't going anywhere, and had even ordered our dog's ashes. It's not like we were going to skip out on the bill. This made an already distressing situation even worse because we did not feel we were treated compassionately.
