Had a great experience with UHaul- the trucks are large and efficient and customer service is superb. Mohammad was amazing! He helped me book my reservation and listened attentively to what our needs were with the move. Highly recommend a UHaul and this location! They even make things simple with online check in options too!!

Never answers the phone. After 32 phone calls took phone off the hook. Charged an additional day to my card despite truck being on the lot. Never in the office. Convinced these five star reviews are paid for. Tried to rent from this location twice. First time I couldn't get a truck and the second time this happened.

Avoid this place at all costs! They are rude and unhelpful! And to deliver poor customer service with a smirk did not help, at all! This business is where I was led to pick up a UHaul truck for the day. When I came to pick up the truck, the person at Ben"s said, "you are late"! "We rented the truck to someone else". I confirmed this reservation the day before, when I found that they moved the pick up place to Rancho Cucamonga, another 40 miles from where I originally reserved the truck for pick up. I also stated I would be late considering the distance. We arrived at 10:18 to pick up this truck. My reservation was for 9:30. 45 minutes and they rented the truck to someone else. This person at Ben"s did not offer any solution. He did not seem bothered by this at all. This may be a common practice but I was not told i would lose my reservation if I was late. He said we hold the truck for 15 minutes after the time than it's open for anyone to rent. I asked him, "when and where was I told that"? I expressed during my conversation to confirm the new location, of the truck pick up, the day before, that I may be late due to the change of location. They said, no problem or I would have changed the pick up time.With two friends who took the time to help me and the two movers I hired we were all left hanging because of this. And we were 40 miles away from where we needed to be. The poor customer service I received from Ben"s was unnecessary and wrong. Many other scenarios could have happened but this business did not seem to care about the position they put me in. Or the amount of monies I would have to incur because they rented the truck I reserved. The little smile this person had did not help the situation.

MO is his name. Under normal circumstances, moving or Uhaul just aren't my 2 favorite things...but in 2020...during Covid...and a HEATWAVE..Mo's calm cool collected demeanor was so refreshing and needed! He said things like "no problem" and "of course!"...putting everyone at ease. Rented a truck at 8:30am, drove 120 mi., grabbed my couches, and returned the truck by 4:30...all without incident!Thank you Mo at Ben's Auto✌???

This is for the Uhaul rental review:I've rented through Uhaul dozens of times, this was my first time at this location and it was the best overall service I've ever experienced. Not only did the person hook up the trailer, he offered me a water upon my return. I will make the drive to rent here again.

Worst Uhaul experience ever went to through the complete app process to find out the location I reserved it did not put the trucks keys in the lock boxs now I'm here waiting in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do. Called customer service they picked up 30 min later and was no help Please avoid this location for any uhaul related stuff what a waste of time

Love this place my first time here but I'll probably always come here when I need a Uhaul. Moe was very helpful he explain every to me about my visit. I had a very bad time with the place I went to before them and he explained to me that shouldn't have happen and made sure my experience with him is much better!!

My U-Haul rental experience started out wonderfully but ended on a sour note. I called the location beforehand but there was no answer (I later discovered they never really answer) so I went in person on a Sunday morning to rent a 10-foot truck. Rental was easy...employee was nice and helpful. All was good. My truck was due at 5 although they closed at 4. If I was going to be late, I just needed to call (but remember, they were closed and never answer anyway.) I called around 4:45pm to say I'd be a few hours late. The call was routed to a U-Haul customer service line I'm assuming because 4:45 was outside business hours. I was assured this was no problem...just drop the keys in the drop slot. A few days later I noticed I was charged twice for the rental, and not until I spoke to the area manager (since no one at actual location ever picked up the phone) did we conclude that I was charged for 2 days (I had the truck fewer than 12 hrs. and for FUEL even though I took pictures of the fuel before and after because I noticed I was given less than what my contract said. Still, I filled up a little above what the contract stated. The fuel charge was super disappointing. Anyway, the extra day and fuel charge was refunded (3-5 days waiting period) but it would have been nice if it was done right the first time.
