Communication is very bad! I was told I was pre approved for x amount and never heard anything after that. This was 4 months ago. I never received a pre approval letter either that I was told he would send to me asap. Do NOT recommend.

Jonny and his whole team is a wonderful team who helped us get our dream home. Among them Diane is excellent person to work with. Our purchase process took longer then expected but Diane kept us updated with current status all along the way. From signing the PA till closing the Escrow we were kept updated. Jonny was always responsive and answered all our questions and concerns. He got us the best rates possible. He understood our needs and helped achieve them.
