Bev MO Stated online they had my choice of beverage...and that it was in stock...although one team member plus me plus one other employee, diligently walked every aisle to locate the product...to no avail..
I asked one member to please look up their stock..he came back said oh it arrived 3 days ago..that a stocker probably placed it up and above..With another mission still nothing..he tried looking it up again...dododotado..their he went on an aisle mission again as well as myself the other member just gave up...so number one partner after thec3rd time comes back and state oh we haven't ordered the 4 packs in 3 years..i smiled and stated NO lol i buy it here every 2 weeks untruth...so he goes have at it again...oh nowhere he knows why because it can no longer be delivered to store unless it is ordered !! Omgosh..i was then feeling pushed around in circles...
I do understand that corporations no longer are trained when hired in store retail and other wise anymore...so i totally blame the management team..why waste precious time and money to train personal.. let them figure it out sad but true..management is in the wrong as well as owners...precious time money in the long run loses companies money..especially when you maybe see 2 people are only in the store?? What is wrong with this picture..???

Great customer service!!!!!! I came in looking for FitVine Prosecco. It is so delicious and only 3 WW points per 5oz!!!! They stopped carrying it. SHOOT! While I was there, I called Total Wine and more! They stopped carrying the FitVine Prosecco as well, but offered to special order a few bottles!!! I ordered a case!! I bought a bottle of FitVine's Rose, while at Bevmo it was pretty good.

Judith was very rude and short with my friend when she was asking questions and for help. She seemed as if it was a bother for anyone to ask her a question. When I was getting ready to pay she told me to “Go.” instead of saying “You can pay now.” or “Your total is …”. The cashier’s rudeness really turned us off from asking from any more suggestions. Please do better.

I came in at 8:55 and yes I know they close at 9. I was going to be very fast about what I was gonna get. When I nicely asked the worker standing by the doors if I could still come in, she responded (with a very rude attitude “we’re closing in five minutes so no” and proceeded to close the doors a bit more. That was extremely unprofessional and rude. I won’t be come back here again

Pretty good selection for a bevmo, but honestly wished they would keep in stock more flavors of BeatBox. Especially the variety pack!

Bevmo is a great place to get the most common products, however not the best connoisseur liqours.
I love Tequila, Whiskey, and Mezcal. This place is not the unique hidden gem bottle shop and I rather hit a Total Wine for a big box store.
They do have good deals when you catch the right sale.
They are great for stopping by in a hurry and / or last min items. Kinda like I'm later for a party and didn't plan well. They have a huge selection of wines and gift bags as well with a good beer selection.
If you visited one you visited most. They are all really the same.

i do gopuff at this location and also shop here. i love the employees here because they are always in good spirit and keep the store nicely stocked. as far as gopuff, they are quick with getting the orders. (:

Dont order online because if they cancel order they will not tell you. You go there and management basically takes no responsibility for their screw up. Waste of time and money in going there only to be told, we dont have your product and you should of received an email saying it was cancelled not sure why you didn't. Next time dont order unicorns its what I was told
