I love the feeling of community there. It's hot yoga. So drink plenty of water.

The Yoga and Pilates classes are the best! It's takes a minute to get used to the heat but the instructors remind you to breathe as you live through the class. Not at all intimidating, classes are good for all levels. You will feel the burn, but in a good way.Get there a few minutes early to relax and/stretch before class.
