Excellent work! The staff knows what they're doing. Julia, on the other hand, guided me from start to finish, calling me frequently to keep me informed of the process, and her repair team is extremely fast. My car was delivered sooner than agreed. Thank you very much. I wish this same service was available everywhere. 1000% recommended.

Went in for minor fender bender. Estimate was $2700, when done $4600. Had to go back to fix the crappy work that was done. Took longer to fix the bad work than what was brought in for. Stay away!!!!

It’s been almost 30 days since turning in supporting documentation to this location on a plan refund regarding this location throwing away my rear license. Once my car was repaired, they happened to forgot to mention to my car insurance they throw away my license plate. This location swapped my front plate to the rear and expected this was ok. They promise to reimburse the fee to get a new tag and reimburse my new license plates. Turn in my receipts still awaiting my refund. This location lacks the common courtesy to keep me abreast of the reimbursement. I call, they keep saying the general manager is not in every single time. This is not how you conduct business. As of right now, I have still not received any reimbursements.

Which was not having to worry about anything.
Everything was pre-arranged and expectation for everyone at what it would take to get my car serviced and ready to go.
