Sellers and buyers please be aware: Camilo Romero is not an ethical agent, he will lie to your face in order to put more commission into his own pocket. I was a buyer and he represented me as a dual agent. After a whole week of asking him to submit offer for me, and he told me he would do it the same day for consecutively 5 days, the property is pending now without me having the opportunity to submit my offer, which would be the highest offer as he claimed, and I'm pre-approved for $200k+ over listing price with 817 credit score.He did not explain or apologize, just simply ignored me. He even tried to charge me $350 on top of his dual commission to "pay for his assistant to prepare for the offer".I have every reason to believe he manipulated the seller to accept an offer that he would be able to get the most commission. I am filing complaints to California Department of Real Estate and local association of realtors for breach of duty.I found he lacks basic real estate knowledge too. When I mentioned ADU (accessory dwelling unit), he was confused and told me he doesn't know what ADU is.If you are thinking about hiring him for your real estate transaction, please think again, because his behavior is sneaky and he probably won't put your best interests at heart.
