Several months back I entered the Rancho Cucamonga bank due to shorages in my account. The teller supervisor, Alina, took me to a small office. As I started to explain how someone was getting gas every other day in another city, her response to me was "Oh, you probably did it and dont remember" I was stunned. Then she said " Or maybe one of your friends took your card and is using it". I told her none of these scenarios was correct, she dismissed me. I left in tears. She never even looked at my documents to see where my ATM was being used.

This is the worst Credit Union I've encountered. My husband is disabled and has been discriminated against. He has encountered issues making payments to his credit card, and has been spoken down to and an employee Aaleah should not be allowed to help any members period. She should be fired for the way she has treated somebody with a disability. Showed no compassion, and i have formally made a complaint against her. Overall, I am very happy I do not bank there. I have Credit Union of Southern California and have never been happier. Don't bank there!!!!

I am writing this as in all fairness in love and war people no matter how messed up a situation may be deserve a second chance (take note of that Chaffey.) I received a message from a Kind and Professional Woman by the Name of Diane K to give her a call and I did. You will see she contacted me after this unfortunate review which in truthfulness stands true of the reflection of what I see Chaffey Becoming that I cannot recant because that would just me misstep in integrity. Diane was similar to what I would expect from the Old Chaffey. Kind and Professional not Cold and as a matter of fact. This is the Chaffey I signed up for 10 years ago so I believe there is still hope Diane's call was a reflection of that small glimmer of light. However in all truthfulness and honor people all can have a bad day namely Naomi Maldanado. I chalk it up as I have chosen to bank else ware as a lesson learnt and of course hopefully a change in policy and procedure for Chaffey. We can learn from our mistakes or continue to make them. The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting a different result. I still think as I write this I deserve more but who doesn't think they deserve more? I accepted that I would rewrite my review after her conversation and I am. I am making good on my promise as I believe contact from someone regarding this matter what in fact what I was looking for not a favorable or biased result. As my financial matter are my business and no the worlds I will simply share this. They opened it up for me to come back to Chaffey if I wanted to if I would decide the pay items that I disputed that were payed after I disputed them. The excessive charges were not seen as excessive but as the way things are. In some ways that would cause alarm especially if not getting a call from a bank manager during that time after multiple requests never occurred. I mentioned that the charges were excessive and even at some level illegal. She gave no credence to those observations. Truth in matter none of this including the account being closed or a relationship that goes above 10 years severed in less than 3 days would not have needed to be severed but I do stand by what I say in regards to what and how I would trust this bank in the future. I would not. However all due respect I pray and hope Naomi the best of days ahead as well as the staff at Chaffey who has always been a delight to converse with and enjoy their candor for the day. I would never want to rob anyone of that but at the same time if you do not want to be robbed of your money..make sure that if you chose to bank here to have a backup account. You will definitely need it. I did that is just wisdom in the the sight of gratitude. Chaffey is where it will be and I am thankful that they could find someone who still believes that Chaffey could be a good choice and though she believes and knows it I read people like a book there is a very clear change in direction for Chaffey and being on that journey is probably not somewhere I want to be nor would I put myself in danger of losing a friendship or business partner by referring them to Chaffey and having their accounts plummeted and then ignored for weeks on end.. That all said, Good Job Diane. Thank you for the call back. Chaffey there is much to be fixed in your process. Remember most of all that clients are not notches in belts but diamonds and rubies to be cherished for their value they bring to your business or in this case the exposure they bring to your bad business and missteps and bad choices along the way. Finally I as I know I have shared ..read people like a book. As this review is to return a bit of honor to the process of good people doing good work and being recognized for it the glaring issues with Chaffey still are not resolved and as closing the conversation I felt that Chaffey did not want me back any more than I wanted to come back. They started making excused and validating their reasons for doing what they did. They are charging me to return. Awkward. Either way very few people make the

I can assure you these reviews are fake. First before you get all frustrated and this this review is fake your welcome to contact me directly in which I can share with you my nightmare experience with this Credit Union. However years of experience I know that google reviews hold very little weight and can be faked I will simply say the following. I have banked over 10 years with this bank and due to an over draft of 10.00 they charged my account an excessive amount of time 28$ charges 15 times. I contacted the establishment that they said made the charges and verified that they only charged the account 3x. I went to the bank and had an interesting conversation with Noemi Maldonado in which they basally had no interest in working with me as a VALUED customer and made no adjustment to help me after NEVER calling me after asking to be called over a period of 3 weeks and never getting a call, until I WENT down to the bank. Noemi Maldonado simply said that she loved working at her bank and was arrogant to say the very least. They closed my account AFTER over 10 YEARS relationship with no notification and no ability of recourse. I do not recommend banking or putting you money ANYWHERE near this bank. After well over 10 Years of using this Chaffey Credit Union it is NOT THE SAME place it used to be I can say without a doubt it is probably one of the worst decisions you can make and looking back now It was one of my worst. Unless Chaffey begins to help its customers and provide the service they say they do and make that extra step to act above and beyond ANY bank is better than CHAFFEY at this point.

Chaffey FCU is a wonderful place! I have been with them for 42 years . Simple, helpful and I like I get personal service. They alway meet my needs :))

Monica is by far the worse associate they have ever had. I have been banking with chaffey since college and never dealt with such a rude person behind the counter! Will definitely not be coming back to this location because of her.

Probably would of gotten a 4 star for the great attitude of the teller but unfortunately they would have gotten a 0 if allowed on this trip. The branch manager was standing between the entrance and exit door making sure that only a few amount of customers were in the branch at a time and as I entered there was a lady coming out in a wheelchair in which the manager didn't even open the door for her to assist her when exiting, she let her open both doors when all she had to do was open the doors for her to provide customer service, all she did was watch her and then she reached out for the door as she saw her struggling to go through. She had no problem going and getting an application for somebody to open an account which meant her guarding the door wasn't as important as providing excellent customer service for somebody who was either disabled or handicapped struggling to get through a door that did not open automatically as it had to be pushed. With customer service like that coming from the manager one can only imagine why this branch has such low rating, unfortunately I wasn't able to enter yet therefore I was not able to assist the lady exiting myself. As soon as I finish paying off a loan I will be closing this account, it's sad to see a manager representing an institution like this with little disregard to the customer.

I've had my ups and downs at many banks before, this ones no different in my eyes. Some days I go in and the service is amazing. Other days it's mediocre. Just shows me that we're all human. Anyhow I've open a business account here and so far so good. My only issue would be to update their app. And the way they print on their issued bank cards. Most days I'm welcome and greeted nicely. By all the tellers, I'm hoping the manager can start to be a little more friendly to the customers that come inside. By greeting us with a smile and things of that nature. We love our community & we want to support our community bank as well.

I really like supporting a community bank but DO NOT get a credit card from them. They like to randomly cancel purchases. This has cost us time and money. And they really don't seem to care much about it.

I recently opened a checking account, I work for Rowland Unified School District as a teacher and I'm pretty responsible at managing and budgeting, however I was told I had overdraft protection, and being that I keep most of my money in my savings I thought I could use my debit card and it will transfer from savings. Beware!!! You can only transfer x6's a month, wow!!! Because then they charge you $28.00 as a courtesy pay, doesn't seem that much of a courtesy when their gouging you're money, and they have poor customer service. I'm going back to Schools First Federal Credit Union, do not give Chaffey your business. I do not recommend, as they also have limited branches and poor customer services as I was promised I'd get a call gave and an email regarding a concern, and I had to follow up, unprofessional business. I dot not recommend, put your hard earned money somewhere else.

I went into this credit union for there great CD rates. I took the day off to handle other affairs and had already spoke to Wes, that handles accounts there. I was in the process of starting an account, but was told i didn't have all the proper paperwork and they were closing.. The manager started turning off the lights! I went back the following weekend, right after they open, so I wouldn't be rushed out and Wes didn't go into work, the other account person supposedly was booked all day and finally the manager, that she wasn't available as well. What kind of banking is this!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!!

Covid Hours don't open till 930. Would've been helpful to know before I got here after looking at their website and door that both said open 8. Besides that nice and convenient place. Hope they update the hours so everyone else doesn't make this mistake.
