Came here to create a joint account after getting married. Had an appointment scheduled at 12:30pm. We got there at 12:20pm and the banker we had an appointment with was with someone else. At 12:35pm, we asked how much longer and the banker said it would be another 30 minutes? Making us not see her until 1:10pm when I had to be back at work. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10:15am with a different banker and same thing happened. By 10:35am, they were still with other people. This bank has no concern for their customers time and is extremely unprofessional. If you plan on making an appointment here, just don't or plan on waiting for 40-1hr after your scheduled appointment.

We had an appointment at 11:30am we came early to open an account for my niece after long wait he came at 11:25am and said he will be late like 20min it was so un professional waited until 11:55am then we left.

Scheduled an appt, took PTO for 2 hours so I can make my appt by 4pm and on the day of my appt is cancelled with no record on website. After calling and being transferred to the Chase branch a lady answered the phone "Hello" and hangs up in immediately ???

Besides having to pay $10.00 for not banking with chase I was able to cash my chase check here with no issues. I was greeted at this location as I walked in and the teller was very helpful. When I first handed her my check she stated she had to check to see if she was able to cash it due to the amount. After she was done checking she proceeded with cashing it I just had to show 2 forms of ID. Voilà my chase check was cashed.

Went in to speak to a banker. Front host didn't know the wait time. Seemed confused. Other employees interfered with no resolution.

Do not bank here. We were mislead with our business account. Covid hit they started charging us $95 dollars a month for a service charge. Never once was disclosed to us the associates will tell you what you want to hear

I'm leaving this 4 star review for my man Enrique J. ZAVALADuring my horrible visit to access my own account Mr. Zavala made my visit very pleasant and went above and beyond. Enrique by far, great personal banker ask for him when you arrive. Also Juan was great help as well.

Must say I haven't been happy with Chase for several years but have stayed because of all of there locations. Today I walked in this location and was looking everywhere for a withdrawal paper. I asked an employee and he said that during covid they are not being left out. I was pretty impressed by this and know that this is the only chase I have seen to do this. It's nice to know that this chase is protecting their employees and also keeping us safer. Customer service was wonderful today, everyone was very friendly. Thank you so much!
