It's employees like Joshua who make me feel like I am a valued member of Chuze fitness. He is genuine in the way he treats people. He is a problem-solver. He represents Chuze well! My front desk experience is always great if he is there.It feels good to belong to a gym where employees show interest in the growth and success of gym members.

I was a given a guest pass to try out the gym for the week but I had weird encounter with the staff to try out the gym for the week. They wouldn't let me workout even though I had guest pass. The experience kind of ruined my impression with this gym.

People are good about wiping down equipment after use. I also love the variety of options: so many classes every day and there is a theater with a different movie each day. And finally there are hydromassage chairs and hyperice guns. The premium membership is absolutely worth it - I find it an astonishing value.

It has everything but not too large - like the non corporate feel. They are not trying to sell you anything else - just check in and have fun. There is room for everyone not super crowded. Fully renovated with hot yoga classes. You can check in for classes on the app an hour before start time. Friendly staff.

To the upper Management and to District Managers due to training issues @ your Rancho Cucamonga fitness center I've had to deal with the incompetent employees @ your office not 1 not 2 but x3 times I have to go & explain to the so called running around Managers ? How many so called Managers not do need to run around knowing nothing about your computer system updating renewals on membership or cancelations people like Diana so called Manager needs to be re-trained or loose customer base , everyone is clueless in this place.

Very clean and great staff. However the area is prone to crime. On two separate instances I was here when people were trying to break into cars in the parking lot.

None of the larger chain gyms compare!. This gym is always clean, the equipment is in good condition and functional, and the staff is friendly. The gym is always packed, even at 5am but the crowd is polite and not obnoxious (and most people wipe down the equipment afterwards which is always appreciated). I wish the other gyms in the area would step up their game but I’m glad we have Chuze Fitness as they are the standard that every other gym should follow.

My two daughters and DIL love this place. My gym was closed for a week so I decided to try it out. I got a 7 day free pass, front staff was efficient, not too friendly. It's a nice facility and definitely has a lot to offer. My free trial was up and I made the decision to join, even though it was a few miles further than 24 hour Fitness. I'm on a new fitness path and over 20 years with 24 hr Fitness, I thought I needed a change. Sunday afternoon I decided to sign up. My experience was very disappointing. I tell the girl at the front desk I'd like to become a member. She wasn't rude, but wasn't friendly. I was signing up for the premium membership, $24.99 a month to be paid today, $49.99 annual fee in two months, sure, no problem. I take out my debit card to pay and she asks if I had my routing number on me. I said No I don't carry that with me but I'll pay the fees with my debit card. She says, can't you log into your checking account and get your routing number, I said no, I don't log into my account in an unsecured environment, (I've been hacked before). She looks at me like with contempt and says, we will have to charge a one time $20 fee to use your debit card. No alternate recommendation...maybe , work out today and come back tomorrow with the routing number. I have never been asked to provide my routing number anywhere. She never smiled during the entire transaction. She acted as if I was making her do something she didn't want to do. I realize working with the public can be challenging, but what happened to customer service? I said never mind, I don't want to pay an additional $20 to use my debit card, forget it, I won't join she says okay. LOL. I guess I'll stay with 24 hour Fitness.
