Horrible services. My teller Diana Heredia did not know what she was doing. Jesus she freaked out because of a wire. I can tell she does not have good critical thinking skills. Citi bank needs to hire people with degrees, even as tellers they need to problem solve and critically think. And they need to train their staff to not freak out. Wait time is long. Place needs an update in the look. Smells in there and they need to hire more people so there's not a long line.

Ninna deserves a 10 for her customer service. She really cares about her customers going over and beyond every time. I would recommend her to anyone needing a professional caring banker.

Hello Everyone, We went there to exchange international currency, and rip us up with a lot of hidden fees, without us acknowledging it. They are dishonest with their service, cuz they gave us $700 less than the market value for our money.

Am very disappointed in this citi bank. It's hard that they open at 10:00. A lot of people were there early and left. I was scammed on Instagram and they wanted me to fill out paperwork. I called to see if they could fax in my paperwork and was told no , they don't offer this. So I had to pay an additional 15.00 to get it sent . Citi bank , you need to do better for your customers, I was shocked.

Went in to cash a check from Citi bank and was told I couldn't I had to deposit it on my account when the Branch in Fontana was able to do it

Do not ever come here or bank with Citibank. The ATM took my cash and when I called to file a report they did not credit my account. The branch is zero help and their policies are ridiculous. I will be filing a claim against them

My husband and I just got home from this branch. He had made an appointment online for 12:30pm today and we arrived a couple of minutes early. Not one time in making the appointment did it say masks were mandatory to do business there. Our appointment with with a woman named Cindy. We walked towards her desk that had. A plexiglass barrier on it and she was also wearing a mask. Which was fine. Mask mandate was lifted on March 1st. The only places in California that you have to wear a mask are in schools, public transportation and hospitals. Well, Cindy wouldn't help us unless we wore a mask. Which we didn't have because Covid was over on March 1st. We told her we don't wear them anymore and she still said that she preferred that we would wear one. No thank you! She was masks and protected by plexiglass. No need for us to wear one, we started to leave and not one person in the bank said that they would help us. We were there to add a beneficiary to our account and to inquire about a home loan. And to look at these reviews, Cindy isn't so popular. Bad customer service and Citibank can do better. Just wait a few days and someone will miraculously write a good review for Cindy. Bye b*****

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Have both checking and savings accounts. My minor daughter got a summer job and is trying to cash her work checks. The work checks are issued from b of a. They want to charge her $8 to cash each check. Citibank won't allow her to sign her checks over to me to deposit into my account. They require her to open her own account with me as joint. Then they wont even give her the money for 1-7 days after deposit. Very dissatisfied with the service from citibank as a long time loyal customer. I will be closing my account and go with Golden1 credit union. I have been meaning to do it, but this experience just gave me the incentive I needed.

I've been a Citibank customer for over 20 years. My daughter who is a minor and got a summer job needs cash her checks. Went to bank of America but they want to charge her $8 per check. Citibank wont allow her to sign her checks over to me. Require her to open a joint account with me and then they wont even give her the money for 1-7 days until they clear. I'm gonna close my account and go to Golden 1 credit union because Citibank refused to accommodate long time customer with this.
