Literally the LAST bank you would ever want to go bank with. Came in to do a withdrawal and they said they couldn’t do it unless I ordered it ahead of time. I’m sorry, what?! You have my money and I have to conveniently call you ahead of time so you can prepare it for me? No thanks.

Need to cash my wages but was refused even though I set up a account to cash my check they will not accept the printout showing my ID is on the way 😔 Arrowhead would never they keep the copy attached to the account..I will never change my bank..
