This review is specifically around the food court.
Call Ahead doesn't matter unless you are a person that knows somebody personally at Costco.We called ahead.We're told 25 minutes waited, then we're told to get into another line for another 15 minutes.When other people were able to walk up and get their pizza and we were told.Well we know that it's okay. I will be reporting to the better business bureau as this is horrible customer service and shows favoritism based off of employee preference. Try to call and speak to the manager.Left a phone number and got no response. This is just the Rancho Cucamonga costco that dose this i have ordered large businesses orders at other costco with no issues.

This Costco is so crowded. We literally can never go on the weekends. It’s so stressful with all the people. We really need to have an additional Costco in our area.

I had never have issues before, but today I went with my family to get some groceries and also eat some pizza, my husband went inside of the store, I was going to get the pizza with my kids, but then I decided to go with my husband, and I let the older kids get the pizza, I gave my membership to my son, then at the entrance, the lady ask me for my membership and I explain to her what happened, I told her my husband is inside and she said, oh I don’t know who your husband is, I know obviously, but why would I go there if I didn’t have one, it was very crowded and she was complaining because I didn’t show her my membership… I have it on my phone, I was about to get it out and she let me in. Her attitude was my biggest issue!!

Today (6.29.24) around 4PM, I dropped off my shoping cart in to a cart corral & went to Aldi Grocery store then home. I realized that my Samsung Galaxy S23 5G was missing. I called Costco, and I was told no phone was found. I rushed to the Costco corral and found two rallies of carts taking off from the same corral towards the Costco entrance. First rally controller told me no phone wss found and the second gentleman too said no phone, but it was so kind of him to stop the rally & check the bottom of 30 or 40 carts. To my delight, he handed over my Samsung. I forgot to ask his name. Thank you good hearted angel & Costco!
